Abstract
【解決手段】組成物の全重量の重量%で下記を含むことを特徴とする:(1)ポリアミド−ブロック・グラフト共重合体が90〜99重量%、(2)ホスホン酸塩が1〜10重量%。
Description
本発明はさらに、光電池モジュールのカプセル材料またはカプセル材料−バックシートでの上記組成物の使用と、このカプセル材料を含む光電池モジュールとに関するものである。
組成物の全重量の重量%で下記を含むことを特徴とする熱可塑性組成に関するものである:
(1)ポリアミド−ブロック・グラフト共重合体が90〜99重量%、
(2)ホスホン酸塩が1〜10重量%。
(1)ポリアミド−ブロック・グラフト共重合体の重量が94〜97%、
(2)ホスホン酸の金属塩の重量が3%〜6%。
(1)第1のα−オレフィンとは異なる上記のα−オレフィン、
(2)ジエン、例えば1,4-ヘキサジエン、エチリデンノルボルネンおよびブタジエン、
(3)不飽和カルボン酸エステル、例えばアルキル・アクリレートまたはアルキルメタアクリレート(これらをまとめてアルキル(メタ)アクリレートという)。このアルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアルキル鎖は30個までの炭素原子を有することができる。アルキル鎖としてはメチル、エチル、プロピル、n- ブチル、sec-ブチル、イソブチル、tert-ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル、ヘプチル、オクチル、2−エチルヘキシル、ノニル、デシル、ウンデシル、ドデシル、トリデシル、テトラデシル、ペンタデシル、ヘキサデシル、ヘプタデシル、オクタデシル、ノナデシル、エイコシル、ヘネイコシル、ドコシル、トリコシル、テトラコシル、ペンタコシル、ヘキサコシル、ヘプタコシル、オクタコシル、ノナコシルが挙げられる。不飽和カルボン酸エステルとしてはメチル、エチルおよびブチル(メタ)アクリレートであるのが好ましい。
本発明では、ポリオレフィン主鎖は縮合縮反応でポリアミドグラフト基の酸基および/またはアミン基と反応可能な少なくとも一つの官能性不飽和モノマー(X)の残基を含む。本発明の定義では、官能性不飽和モノマー(X)は「第2のコモノマー」ではない。
(1)不飽和エポキシド、特に脂肪族グリシジルエステルおよびエーテル、例えばアリルグリシジルエーテル、ビニルグリシジルエーテル、グリシジルマレート、リシジルイタコネート、グリシジルアクリレートおよびグリシジルメタアクリレートが挙げられる。さらに、脂環式グリシジルエステルおよびエーテル、例えば2-シクロヘキセン-グリシジルエーテル、グリシジルシクロヘキセン4,5-ジカーボネート、グリシジルシクロヘキセン-4-カーボネート、グリシジル-5-ノルボルネン-2-メチル-2-カーボネートおよびジグリシジル エンドシスビシクロ[2.2.1]-5-ヘプテン-2,3-ジカーボネートも挙げられる。不飽和エポキシドとしてはグリシジルメタクリレートを用いるのが好ましい。
(3)カルボン酸無水物、例えば無水マレイン酸、無水イタコン酸、無水シトラコン酸、無水アリル琥珀酸、シクロヘキシ-4-エン-無水l,2-ジカルボン酸、4-メチレンシクロヘキシ-4-エン-無水1,2-ジカルボン酸、ビシクロ[2.2.1] ヘプト-5-エン-無水2,3-ジカルボン酸、x-メチルビシクロ[2.2.1] ヘプト-5-エン-無水2,2-ジカルボン酸を挙げることができる。無水カルボン酸としては無水マレイン酸を用いる基が好ましい。
のコモノマー、オプションの第2のコモノマーおよびオプションの官能性不飽和モノマー(X))の重合によって得られる。この重合はオートクレーブまたは管状反応装置で高圧ラジカル重合方法または溶液重合方法によって実行でき、これらの方法および反応装置は当業者に周知である。官能性不飽和モノマー(X)をポリオレフィン主鎖中に共重合しない場合には、それをポリオレフィン主鎖にグラフトする。このグラフト操作も公知である。複数のモノマー(X)を共重合および/またはポリオレフィン主鎖にグラフトした組成物の本発明に含まれる。
(1)ラクタムまたは
(2)脂肪族α、ω−アミノカルボン酸または
(3)脂肪族ジアミンと脂肪族ジアシッド
2,2’-ジメチル-4,4’-メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルアミン)(ビス(3-メチル-4-アミノシクロヘキシル)-メタンまたはBMACMともよばれる)が挙げられる。
(1)脂肪族ジアミンと芳香族ジアシッド、例えばテレフタル酸(T)やイソフタル酸(I)。得られたポリアミドは一般に“ポリフタルアミド”またはPPAと呼ばれる、
(2)芳香族ジアミン、例えばキシレンジアミ、特にメタキシレンジアミン(MXD)と、脂肪族ジアシッド。
(1)少なくとも2つのラクタム;
(2)少なくとも2つの脂肪族α、ω−アミノカルボン酸;
(3)少なくとも一種のラクタムと少なくとも一種の脂肪族α、ω−アミノカルボン酸;
(4)少なくとも2種のジアミンと少なくとも2種のジアシッド;
(5)少なくとも一種のラクタムと少なくとも一種のジアミンと少なくとも一種のジアシッド
(6)少なくとも一種の脂肪族α、ω−アミノカルボン酸と少なくとも1種のジアミンと少なくとも1種のジアシッド、
ここで、ジアミンおよびジアシッドはそれぞれに互い独立して脂肪族、脂環族または芳香族化合物にすることができる。
R1は水素または20個以下の炭素原子を含む直鎖または分岐しアルキル基、
R2は20個以下の炭素原子を有する直鎖または分岐したアルキルまたはアルケニル基、飽和または不飽和の脂環族基、芳香族基またはこれらの組合せ)
この連鎖制限剤は例えばブチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、ヘプチルアミン、オクチルアミン、デシルアミン、ラウリルアミンまたはオレイルアミンにすることができる。

下記配合物は、例えばCoperion(登録商標)ZSK3O(直径が30ミリメートル(mm)で、長さが直径の44倍(すなわち132センチメートル)の自己洗浄式共回転2軸押出機)を使用して、200℃の平らな温度プロフィルで20kg/時(1時間当たりのキログラム)の吐出量、300回転数/分の回転速度(1分当たりの回転数)でコンパウンディングして製造する。粉末ポリマーと添加物とを主供給物として導入する。

上記合成方法を用いて作ったペレットをシードダイを備えたThermoHaake Rheocord System 40の研究室用2軸スクリュー押出機を使用して成形した。押出機を210℃に加熱してストリップを作り、材料を特徴付けるために必要なテスト試料をカットし、パンチングした。熱可塑性組成物の標準テスト試料の機械特性を特徴付けるテストの代表として、ISO規格R527:93-IBAに従った引張強度試験を実施して熱可塑性材料の破断伸びと引張強度とを測定した。

Claims (10)
- 平均して少なく一つのポリアミドグラフト基を有する主鎖がポリオレフィンでしるポリアミド−ブロック・グラフト共重合体から成り、グラフト基はポリアミドと化学反応可能な官能基を有する官能性不飽和モノマー(X)の残基を介して主鎖に結合し、この不飽和モノマー(X)の上記残基はその二重結合を介して主鎖にグラフトまたはた共重合で結合している、ハロゲン化化合物を含まない、難燃性かつ透明な熱可塑性組成物において、
組成物の全重量の重量%で下記を含むことを特徴とする熱可塑性組成:
(1)ポリアミド−ブロック・グラフト共重合体が90〜99重量%、
(2)ホスホン酸塩が1〜10重量%。 - 下記を含む請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物:
(1)ポリアミド−ブロック・グラフト共重合体が94〜97重量%、
(2)ホスホン酸塩が3〜6重量%。 - ポリアミド−ブロック・グラフト共重合体がポリアミドグラフト基を10〜50重量%含む請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- ポリアミドグラフト基のモル量が1000〜5000グラム/モル、好ましくは2000〜3000g/モルの範囲内にある請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- ポリオレフィンの主鎖に結合したモノマー(X)の数が1.3以上および/または10以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 不飽和モノマー(X)がカルボン酸無水物および不飽和エポキサイドの中から選択される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- ポリアミド−ブロック・グラフト共重合体と、アルキルアルキルホスホン酸の金属塩とのみから成る請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 上記熱可塑性組成物が少なくとも一種のカップリング剤をさらに含む請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物の光電池モジュール(20)用のカプセル材料フィルムとしての使用。
- カプセル材料(22、23)を形成する少なくとも一つのフィルムを含む少なくとも2枚のフィルムを有し、上記フィルム(22、23)が請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物によって形成されていることを特徴とする、電気エネルギーを発生することができる光電池セル(10)を含む光電池のモジュール(20)。
