Description
Claims (20)
- 取り付け領域および複数の放熱フィンを備えるヒートシンクと、
前記ヒートシンクに結合され、内部空洞を含むベース筺体と、
前記ヒートシンクおよび前記ベース筺体に結合された一体型照明モジュールであって、
プリント回路板と、
前記プリント回路板の第1の側面領域内の前記プリント回路板の第1の表面に結合された基板の上面上に形成された発光源と、
前記発光源に電力を提供するように構成され、前記プリント回路板の第2の側面領域内の前記プリント回路板の前記第1の表面に結合された電子駆動回路と、を備え、
前記基板の底面は前記ヒートシンクの前記取り付け領域に熱的に結合され、前記一体型照明モジュールの前記第2の側面領域は前記ベース筺体の前記内部空洞内に位置する、一体型照明モジュールと、を備える、光源。 - 前記基板の前記底面は、熱伝導性エポキシによって前記ヒートシンクの前記取り付け領域に熱的に結合され、
前記ヒートシンクはアルミニウムまたは銅を含む、請求項1に記載の光源。 - 充填用混合物を更に備え、前記充填用混合物は、前記プリント回路板の前記第1の側面領域と接触した前記取り付け領域内に配置され、かつ、前記プリント回路板の前記第2の側面領域と接触した前記内部空洞内に配置され、前記充填用混合物は、前記一体型照明モジュールから発生した熱を前記ヒートシンクおよび前記ベース筺体に伝導するように構成される、請求項1に記載の光源。
- 前記電子駆動回路は、交流電圧を受信するように構成されると共に、前記交流電圧に応答して前記発光源に前記電力を提供するように構成され、
前記電子駆動回路は、少なくとも1つの抵抗器、少なくとも1つのコンデンサ、少なくとも1つの集積回路、および少なくとも1つの切り替え構成要素を備える、請求項1に記載の光源。 - 前記プリント回路板は、ポリイミドを含むフレキシブルプリント回路板を備える、請求項1に記載の光源。
- 前記フレキシブルプリント回路板の前記第1の側面領域は、前記フレキシブルプリント回路板の前記第2の側面領域の少なくとも一部に対して約90度に方向づけられる、請求項5に記載の光源。
- 前記ベース筺体は、GU5.3フォームファクタ互換性ベースを備える、請求項1に記載の光源。
- 前記プリント回路板は複数の電力ピンを備え、
前記複数の電力ピンは、外部供給部から前記交流電圧を受けるように構成される、請求項4に記載の光源。 - 前記発光源は複数の発光ダイオードを備え、
前記ヒートシンクはMR‐16互換性フォームファクタを備える、請求項1に記載の光源。 - 前記ヒートシンクに結合され、前記複数の発光ダイオードから出力した光を集束するように構成されたレンズを更に備える、請求項9に記載の光源。
- 取り付け領域および複数の放熱構造を備えるヒートシンクを受容することと、
前記ヒートシンクに結合され、内部空洞を含むベース筺体を受容することと、
一体型照明モジュールを受容することであって、前記一体型照明モジュールは第1の側面領域および第2の側面領域を有するプリント回路板を含み、前記第1の側面領域内の前記プリント回路板の第1の表面が発光源基板の上面に結合され、前記第2の側面領域内の前記プリント回路板の前記第1の表面が複数の電子駆動装置に結合された、一体型照明モジュールを受容することと、
前記一体型照明モジュールの前記第2の側面領域を前記ベース筺体の前記内部空洞内に配置することと、
前記発光源基板の底面を前記ヒートシンクの前記取り付け領域に結合することと、を含む、光源を組み立てるための方法。 - 前記結合するステップは、熱伝導性エポキシを用いて前記発光源基板の前記底面を前記ヒートシンクの前記取り付け領域に結合することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記プリント回路板の前記第1の側面領域と接触する前記取り付け領域内に、および前記プリント回路板の前記第2の側面領域と接触する前記内部空洞内に、熱伝導性充填用混合物を配置することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記電子駆動装置は、交流電圧を受信するように構成されると共に、前記交流電圧に応答して前記発光源に電力を提供するように構成され、
前記電子駆動装置は、抵抗器、コンデンサ、集積回路、および切り替え構成要素からなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記プリント回路板は、ポリイミドを含むフレキシブルプリント回路板を備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記配置するステップの後に、当該方法は、前記フレキシブルプリント回路板の前記第1の側面領域を前記フレキシブルプリント回路板の前記第2の側面領域の少なくとも一部に対して約90度の角度で曲げることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一体型照明モジュールを前記受容することは、
前記プリント回路板を受容することと、
前記発光源基板を受容することと、
前記複数の電子駆動装置を受容することと、
前記発光源の前記上面を前記第1の側面領域内の前記プリント回路板の前記第1の表面に結合することと、
前記複数の電子駆動装置を前記第2の側面領域内の前記プリント回路板の前記第1の表面に結合することと、を更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 複数の電力ピンを前記第2の側面領域内の前記プリント回路板の前記第1の表面に結合することを更に含み、前記プリント回路板は複数の電力ピンを備え、前記複数の電力ピンは前記交流電圧を受信するように構成される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記発光源は複数の発光ダイオードを備え、
前記ヒートシンクはMR‐16互換性フォームファクタを備え、
前記ベース筺体はGU5.3フォームファクタ互換性ベースを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記発光源から出力した光の方向を変えるように構成されたレンズを受容することと、
前記レンズを前記ヒートシンクに結合することと、を更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
