Claims (8)
- スプリットラインタービンケースであって、
タービンシュラウドの一部分に形成された回り止めデバイスのタブを受けるように構成された切欠きを有するノズルレールと、
前記タービンケースの後部部分に近接して配置され、シュラウド溝を前記ノズルレールとの間に形成するように前記ノズルレールから離間して配置されたシュラウド棚状突起と
を備えるスプリットラインタービンケース。 - タービンシュラウドであって、
前部レールおよび後部レールを有する本体と、
前記前部レールの一部分に一体に形成された回り止めデバイスと
を備えるタービンシュラウド。 - 前記回り止めデバイスが、
前記前部レールと連結され、前記タービンシュラウドの側壁に隣接した前記前部レールの第1の部分から、第1の間隙だけ分離された基端部と、
前記基端部から延び自由端で終端し、前記側壁に隣接した前記前部レールの第2の部分から、第2の間隙だけ分離された弾性部分と、
前記自由端に形成され、スプリットラインタービンケースのノズルレールに形成された切欠き内に嵌合し、当該切欠きに連結するように構成されたタブと
を備える、請求項2記載のタービンシュラウド。 - 前記タブが、
前記前部レールの隣接する第3の部分から、第3の間隙だけ分離された端面と、
前記端面に連結し、前記端面から延びる傾斜面と、
前記傾斜面に連結し、前記傾斜面から延びる主要面と、
前記弾性部材および前記主要面に連結し、前記弾性部材と前記主要面との間を直角に延びる突起面と
をさらに備える、請求項3記載のタービンシュラウド。 - 前記第2の間隙が前記第1の間隙から、前記自由端を過ぎて、前記前部レールの前縁部に平行に延びる、請求項4記載のタービンシュラウド。
- 前記第3の間隙が前記第2の間隙に直角である、請求項4記載のタービンシュラウド。
- タービンシュラウドであって、
弾性部分を有する回り止めデバイスを備え、前記回り止めデバイスが、エンジン動作中に前記タービンシュラウドがスプリットラインタービンケースに対して回転することを防ぐように、タービンブレードの回転方向に向いている、
タービンシュラウド。 - スプリットラインタービンケーシングであって、

前記レールに形成された回り止めデバイスとを備え、前記回り止めデバイスが、
基端部から延び自由端で終端し、前記レールから間隙だけ分離された弾性部分と、
前記自由端に形成され、タービンシュラウドの一部分に形成された切欠き内に嵌合し、当該切欠きに連結するように構成されたタブとを含む、
スプリットラインタービンケーシング。
