Claims (10)
- バッテリと、前記バッテリに接続された直流電圧中間回路と、前記直流電圧中間回路に接続されたインバータと、前記インバータに接続された電動機とを備えるバッテリシステムであって、
前記直流電圧中間回路は、コンデンサを含み、
前記バッテリは、直列に接続された複数のバッテリモジュール(40、60)を有するバッテリモジュール線(70)と、制御ユニットとを含み、
各バッテリモジュール(40、60)は、結合ユニット(30、50)と、前記結合ユニット(30、50)の第1の入力口(31、51)と第2の入力口(32、52)との間に接続された少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(11)とを備え、
前記結合ユニット(30、50)は、
第1の制御信号に応じて、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(11)を、前記バッテリモジュール(40、60)の第1の端子(41、61)と、前記バッテリモジュール(40、60)の第2の端子(42、62)との間で切り替え、
第2の制御信号に応じて、前記第1の端子(41、61)を前記第2の端子(42、62)と接続するよう構成される、前記バッテリシステムにおいて、
前記制御ユニットは、前記第1の制御信号を、前記バッテリモジュール線(70)の可変的な数のバッテリモジュール(40、60)へと出力し、前記第2の制御信号を、前記バッテリモジュール線(70)の残りの前記バッテリモジュール(40、60)へと出力し、このようにして前記直流電圧中間回路の電圧を可変的に設定するよう構成されることを特徴とする、バッテリシステム。 - 前記バッテリは、前記直流電圧中間回路と直接的に接続される、請求項1に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記バッテリモジュール線(70)の前記結合ユニット(30、50)の少なくとも1つは、第3の制御信号に応じて、各前記バッテリモジュール(40、60)の前記第1の端子(41、61)を、前記第2の端子(42、62)および前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(11)から互いに分離するよう構成される、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記結合ユニット(30)は、
第1の出力口(33)を有し、
前記第1の制御信号に応じて、前記第1の入力口(31)または前記第2の入力口(32)を前記第1の出力口(33)と接続するよう構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記結合ユニット(50)は、
第1の出力口(53)と第2の出力口(54)とを有し、
前記第1の制御信号に応じて、前記第1の入力口(51)を前記第1の出力口(53)と接続し、前記第2の入力口(52)を前記第2の出力口(54)と接続し、
前記第2の制御信号に応じて、前記第1の入力口(51)を前記第1の出力口(53)から分離し、前記第2の入力口(52)を前記第2の出力口(54)から分離し、前記第1の出力口(53)を前記第2の出力口(54)と接続するよう構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、バッテリセル診断ユニットを含み、
前記バッテリセル診断ユニットは、前記バッテリモジュール(40、60)の前記バッテリセル(11)と接続されまたは接続可能であり、前記バッテリセル(11)の老朽化状態を決定するよう構成され、
前記制御ユニットは、所定の最大老朽化状態よりも大きい老朽化状態を前記バッテリセル診断ユニットがそのバッテリセル(11)について決定したバッテリモジュール(40、60)へと、前記第2の制御信号を出力するよう構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記バッテリセル(11)は、リチウムイオンバッテリセルである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステムを備える車両であって、前記電動機は前記車両を駆動するよう構成される、車両。
- バッテリと、前記バッテリに接続された直流電圧中間回路と、前記直流電圧中間回路に接続されたインバータと、前記インバータに接続された電動機とを備えたバッテリシステムを駆動する方法であって、
前記バッテリは、複数のバッテリセル(11)を含み、前記方法は以下の工程、すなわち、
複数のバッテリセル(11)を分離する工程と、
前記複数のバッテリセル(11)にバイパスを付ける工程と、
残りの前記バッテリセル(11)を直列接続する工程と、
を含み、
前記の工程の結果、前記直流電圧中間回路の電圧は可変的に設定される、方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記バッテリセル(11)の老朽化状態を決定する工程と、
前記バッテリセル(11)の前記老朽化状態を、所定の最大老朽化状態と比較する工程と、
