Abstract
本パワーアシストブレーキシステム(1)は、車両のホイール(4)を制動するためのホイールブレーキシリンダ(7)と油圧接続されたチャンバ(3)を備えるマスタブレーキシリンダ(2)と、前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(2)のピストン(12)を操作し、それによって前記チャンバ(3)の中の油圧液を圧力のもとにおく油圧式の操作装置(11)と、油圧液を圧力のもとで蓄え、前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(2)の前記ピストン(12)を操作するために前記操作装置(11)へ供給する低圧リザーバ(23)と、油圧液をタンク(27)から前記低圧リザーバ(23)へ供給するポンプ(26)と、前記ポンプ(26)を駆動する駆動装置(41)とを有する。

Claims (10)
- 車両のためのパワーアシストブレーキシステム(1)において、
車両のホイール(4)を制動するためのホイールブレーキシリンダ(7)と油圧接続されたチャンバ(3)を備えるマスタブレーキシリンダ(2)と、
前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(2)のピストン(12)を操作し、それによって前記チャンバ(3)の中の油圧液を圧力のもとにおく油圧式の操作装置(11)と、
油圧液を圧力のもとで蓄え、前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(2)の前記ピストン(12)を操作するために前記操作装置(11)へ供給する低圧リザーバ(23)と、
油圧液をタンク(27)から前記低圧リザーバ(23)へ供給するポンプ(26)と、
前記ポンプ(26)を駆動する駆動装置(41)とを有しているパワーアシストブレーキシステム。 - 前記低圧リザーバ(23)は車両を完全に減速させるために前記操作装置(11)で必要となる圧力よりも5から30%低い圧力を蓄えるとともに、前記操作装置(11)を完全に充填するために必要な容積よりも5から30%小さい最大の油圧容積を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 電動モータ(41)として構成された前記駆動装置は制動インターバルの間に前記操作装置(11)を油圧液で付勢するためにポンプ(26)を駆動し、前記ポンプ(26)は前記制動インターバルに引き続く前記電動モータ(41)の惰行中に前記低圧リザーバ(23)を充填する、請求項1または2に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 前記ポンプ(26)はブレーキシステム機能テストインターバルの間に前記低圧リザーバ(23)を充填する、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 最大の制動モーメントを生成するために第1および/または第2の制御バルブ(35,37)および/または前記ポンプ(26)の前記駆動装置(41)を制御して、前記ポンプ(26)が圧力生成段階の最後に前記操作装置(11)で発生している圧力の大半の部分を油圧液で生成するようにする制御装置(42)が設けられている、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 前記ポンプ(26)はその吐出側で前記第1の制御バルブ(35)および前記低圧リザーバ(23)と油圧接続されており、前記第1の制御バルブ(35)はさらに前記操作装置(11)と油圧接続されている、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 前記タンク(27)は前記第2の制御バルブ(37)によって前記操作装置(11)と油圧接続されており、制動モーメントを生成するために前記第1の制御バルブ(35)を開き、それによって前記操作装置(11)に油圧液を供給し、それと同時に圧力ピークを補償するために前記第2の制御バルブ(37)を制御する制御装置(42)が設けられている、請求項6に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 油圧式の前記操作装置(11)は運転者から前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(2)のピストン(12)へ機械的に印加される力を増強するブレーキブースタとして構成されている、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 車両のためのパワーアシストブレーキシステム(1)を制御する方法において、
ポンプ(26)によって低圧リザーバ(23)に油圧液を供給し、
油圧液を前記低圧リザーバ(23)から操作装置(11)へ供給し、
前記操作装置(11)によってマスタブレーキシリンダ(2)のピストン(12)を操作し、それによって油圧液を前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(2)のチャンバ(3)から車両のホイール(4)を制動するためのホイールブレーキシリンダ(7)に供給するステップを有する方法。 - 前記ポンプ(26)は前記操作装置(11)を油圧液で付勢するために制動インターバルの間に電動モータ(41)として構成された駆動装置により駆動され、前記低圧リザーバ(23)は制動インターバルに引き続いて前記電動モータ(41)の惰行中にポンプ(26)によって充填される、請求項9に記載の方法。
