Claims (10)
- ワイヤレス通信システムにおける方法であって、前記ワイヤレス通信システムにおける少なくとも1つのセルは、サービング基地局を有し、かつ前記サービング基地局のカバレッジ・エリアの内部に内在する少なくとも1つの非公共小型セルを含む異種セルとして特徴づけられ、前記異種セルは、内在された小型セルについてのマクロ・セルを構成している、方法において、
前記非公共小型セルのロケーションに最も近いロケーションにおいて前記少なくとも1つの非公共小型セルのカバレッジ・エリアにほぼ匹敵するカバレッジ・エリアを有する少なくとも1つの公共小型セルを前記マクロ・セルにおいて展開するステップと、
前記公共小型セルと、前記公共小型セルのカバレッジ・エリアの内部に位置するモバイル端末との間に通信経路を確立するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記展開された小型公共セルは、マクロ・セル基地局のセクタとして構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モバイル端末に対する順方向リンク(FL)伝送と、前記モバイル端末からの逆方向リンク(RL)伝送とは、前記小型公共セルと、マクロ・セル基地局との間で分割される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マクロ・セル基地局からのかなりの距離に展開される小型公共セルでは、前記のモバイル端末のRLは、前記小型公共セルに接続されることになり、前記FLは、前記マクロ・セル基地局から前記モバイル端末へと接続されることになる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記マクロ・セル基地局のすぐ近くに展開される小型公共セルでは、前記のモバイル端末のRLは、前記マクロ・セル基地局に接続されることになり、前記FLは、前記小型公共セルから前記移動局へと接続されることになる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- マクロ・セル基地局と、1つまたは複数の小型公共セルとの間のオーバーラップされたカバレッジのエリアにおける前記移動局の電源投入と同時に、前記移動局は、前記小型公共セルにキャンプすることになる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非公共小型セルは、ホーム進化型ノードBセルとして実装される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- サービング基地局を有し、かつ前記サービング基地局のカバレッジ・エリアの内部に内在する複数の小型セルを含む異種セルとして特徴づけられる少なくとも1つのセルを含み、前記異種セルが前記複数の内在された小型セルについてのマクロ・セルを構成するワイヤレス通信システムにおいて、前記小型セルのための展開アーキテクチャであって、
少なくとも1つの非公共小型セルと、
前記非公共小型セルのロケーションに最も近いロケーションにおいて展開される前記少なくとも1つの非公共小型セルのカバレッジ・エリアにほぼ匹敵するカバレッジ・エリアを有する少なくとも1つの公共小型セルと
を備える、展開アーキテクチャ。 - 前記展開された小型公共セルのうちの複数の展開された小型公共セルは、リモート無線ヘッド技術を使用して確立される、請求項8に記載の展開アーキテクチャ。
- 前記展開された小型公共セルは、マクロ・セル基地局のセクタとして構成される、請求項9に記載の展開アーキテクチャ。
