Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 患者の筋区画内の圧力を測定および監視するためのシステムであって、
前記筋区画内に移植され、前記筋区画内の圧力を測定するように適合されている圧力センサと、
前記筋区画の外部にあり、前記圧力センサに電気的に連結されている送信機と、
接着性基板であって、前記送信機は、前記接着性基板に取り付けられている、接着性基板と、
前記送信機と無線通信し、前記送信機から受信される筋区画圧力データを受信、処理、および記憶する受信機と
を備えている、システム。 - 前記送信機は、RF送信機である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記受信機は、RF受信機である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記RF送信機および前記RF受信機は、一意のRFIDタグを有する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力センサは、MEMSセンサである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信機は、修正されたRFIDチップであり、前記修正されたRFIDチップは、SPIポートを含み、前記修正されたRFIDチップは、事前処理されたセンサデータがID照会ループに直接リンクされているメモリ内に記憶されることを可能にするように適合されている、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記筋区画内に移植され、前記筋区画内の温度を測定するように適合されている温度センサをさらに備え、前記温度センサは、前記送信機に電気的に連結され、温度データを前記受信機に伝送する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記筋区画内に移植され、前記筋区画内のpHを測定するように適合されているpHセンサをさらに備え、前記pHセンサは、前記送信機に電気的に連結され、pHデータを前記受信機に伝送する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者の筋区画内の圧力を監視するためのシステムであって、
移植型MEMS圧力センサと、
前記筋区画の外部かつそれに近接して着座するように適合されている皮膚パッチと、
前記皮膚パッチ内に統合されている圧力インターフェースであって、前記圧力インターフェースは、前記MEMS圧力センサに連結されている、圧力インターフェースと、
前記圧力インターフェースに連結されているRFIDチップと、
前記RFIDチップから筋区画圧力データを受信するように適合されている無線ネットワークデバイスと
を備えている、システム。 - 前記RFIDチップは、識別子を有し、前記無線ネットワークデバイスは、識別子を有している、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記RFIDチップ内の圧力センサデータの処理を較正するように適合されている温度調節回路をさらに備えている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 患者の筋区画内の圧力を監視するためのシステムであって、
圧力センサを前記筋区画内に移植する手段と、
前記筋区画内の圧力を送信機に通信する手段であって、前記送信機は、前記筋区画の外部かつそれに近接して維持されるように適合されている、手段と、
圧力データを前記送信機から無線で受信する手段と
を備えている、システム。 - 前記筋区画の内側の温度を測定する手段をさらに備えている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記筋区画内のpHを測定する手段をさらに備えている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信機のIDを前記圧力データを前記送信機から無線で受信する手段のIDと相互確認する手段をさらに備えている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信機からのデータを継続的に分析および傾向化する手段をさらに備えている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 患者の筋区画内の圧力を監視するためのシステムであって、
移植型可撓性流体充填球状部と、
前記球状部に流動的に連結されている流体充填非弾性管と、
前記筋区画の外部かつそれに近接して着座するように適合されている皮膚パッチと、
前記皮膚パッチ内に統合されている流体圧力センサであって、前記流体圧力センサは、前記管に流動的に連結されている、流体圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサに連結されている圧力インターフェースと、
前記圧力インターフェースに連結されているRFIDチップと、
筋区画圧力データを前記RFIDチップから受信するように適合されている無線ネットワークデバイスと
を備えている、システム。 - 前記RFIDチップ内の圧力センサデータの処理を較正するように適合されている温度調節回路をさらに備えている、請求項17に記載のシステム。
