Claims (7)
- 第1の圧力の第1のキャビティ(1a)と、
第1の圧力よりも低い第2の圧力の第2のキャビティ(1b)と、
前記第1のキャビティ(1a)を前記第2のキャビティ(1b)から分離する隔壁(2)と、
前記第1および第2のキャビティ(1a,1b)間に配置される制限バルブ(4)と、
を有する減圧器を備えた流体分配装置であって、
前記隔壁(2)は、前記第1のキャビティ(1a)と熱接触する高温側と、前記第2のキャビティ(1b)と熱接触する低温側とを有する熱電モジュール(12)を備えることを特徴とする流体分配装置。 - 前記熱電モジュール(12)は、エネルギ蓄積要素(13)を再充電できるようにするために前記エネルギ蓄積要素(13)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制限バルブ(4)は、電気調整手段を備えるとともに、前記エネルギ蓄積要素(13)によって給電されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 流体消費量を測定するようになっているメーター(16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱電モジュール(12)によって給電される消費量測定値の送信手段(17)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギ蓄積要素(13)によって給電される消費量測定値の送信手段(17)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記制限バルブ(4)は、流体が前記熱電モジュール(12)のレベルで前記隔壁(2)を貫通して流れることができるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
