Claims (2)
- 熱交換器を有する低温メタノール洗浄用原料ガスの冷却装置において、
前記熱交換器は第1熱交換器(1)と第2熱交換器(2)からなり、
第1熱交換器(1)は、第1ハウジング(11)と、第1ハウジング(11)内に位置して第1パイプ板により支持される第1熱交換パイプ(12)を備え、
前記第1ハウジング(11)には原料ガス用入口(g1)と原料ガス用出口(g2)が設けられるとともに、当該第1ハウジング(11)には、前記第1熱交換パイプ(12)の一端と連通する熱交換媒体用入口と、当該第1熱交換パイプ(12)の他端と連通する熱交換媒体用出口が更に設けられ、
前記第2熱交換器(2)は、第2ハウジング(21)と、第2ハウジング(21)内に位置して第2パイプ板により支持される第2熱交換パイプ(22)を備え、
前記第2ハウジング(21)には、前記第2熱交換パイプ(22)の一端と連通する原料ガス用入口と、前記第2熱交換パイプ(22)の他端と連通する原料ガス用出口(g2)とが設けられるとともに、当該第2ハウジング(21)には熱交換媒体用入口と熱交換媒体用出口が更に設けられることを特徴とする低温メタノール洗浄用原料ガスの冷却装置。 - 請求項1に記載の低温メタノール洗浄用原料ガスの冷却装置において、
前記第1熱交換器(1)のハウジングにおける熱交換媒体用入口と熱交換媒体用出口はそれぞれ複数あり、
前記複数の熱交換媒体用入口はそれぞれCO2ガス用入口と合成ガス用入口であり、前記複数の熱交換媒体用出口は対応したCO2ガス用出口と合成ガス用出口であることを特徴とする低温メタノール洗浄用原料ガスの冷却装置。
