Description
本出願は、2010年7月23日出願の「Protection Sleeve Holding Mechanism」なる名称の米国仮出願第61/366,997号の優先権を主張し、その全開示を、参照によってここに組み込む。
Claims (16)
- 骨に髄内くぎを挿入するシステムであって、
近位端から遠位端に延在し、所望の向きにのみ髄内くぎに連結するよう構成されるハンドルと、
近位端から遠位端に延在し、前記ハンドルの前記近位端に取り付けるため構成される照準装置と、を備え、
前記照準装置は、前記照準装置を貫通し、前記照準装置に保護スリーブを収容する寸法及び形状を有するガイド開口部を含み、
前記ガイド開口部は、前記照準装置及び前記ハンドルが、連結される時、ハンドルに連結される髄内くぎにある固定部受け容れ穴を前記ガイド開口部と位置合わせし、
前記照準装置は、前記照準装置に固定的に搭載されるロッキングピンをさらに含み、
前記ロッキングピンは、前記ガイド開口部に挿入される前記保護スリーブと係合するため、前記ガイド開口部内に延在するシステム。 - 前記ガイド開口部に実質的に垂直に延在するピン開口部をさらに備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピンは、前記ピン開口部内にプレス嵌めされる請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピンは、接着剤によって前記照準装置に固定される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピンは、前記スリーブが、前記ガイド開口部に挿入されると圧縮される弾性材料で形成される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピンは中空管である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記照準装置は、連結部を介して前記ハンドルに取り付けられる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結部は、前記ハンドル及び前記照準装置の両方に受容される軸線を含むノブである請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記照準装置及び前記ハンドルは、一体的に形成される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 近位端から遠位端に延在し、骨固定部を案内する照準装置であって、
前記照準装置を貫通し、前記照準装置に保護スリーブを収容する寸法及び形状を有するガイド開口部と、
前記照準装置に固定的に搭載されるロッキングピンと、を備え、
前記ガイド開口部は、前記照準装置が骨固定装置に連結される時、前記ガイド開口部が前記骨固定装置の固定部受け容れ穴に位置合わせされるように配置され、
前記ロッキングピンは、前記ガイド開口部に挿入される前記保護スリーブと係合するため、前記ガイド開口部内に延在する、照準装置。 - 前記ガイド開口部に実質的に垂直に延在するピン開口部をさらに備える請求項10に記載の照準装置。
- 前記ピンは、前記ピン開口部内にプレス嵌めされる請求項11に記載の照準装置。
- 前記ピンは、接着剤によって前記照準装置に固定される請求項10に記載の照準装置。
- 前記ピンは、前記スリーブが前記ガイド開口部に挿入されると圧縮される弾性材料で形成される請求項10に記載の照準装置。
- 前記骨固定装置は骨プレートである請求項10に記載の照準装置。
- 前記骨固定装置は髄内くぎである請求項10に記載の照準装置。
