Claims (23)
- 液体調合薬を投与する器具であって、前記液体調合薬は、前記器具内に挿入された容器(3)内に保持されていて、少なくとも1つのノズル開口部(12e)を通って前記器具から放出され、前記液体調合薬は、前記少なくとも1つのノズル開口部(12e)を通って流れる前に、超微細フィルタ(12f)を通って流れ、前記超微細フィルタは、微細構造化コンポーネント(12)によって形成され、前置フィルタ(27)が前記器具内で前記微細構造化コンポーネント(12)の前であって前記液体の流路中に配置されている、器具において、
微細フィルタ(28)が前記液体の前記流路中で前記前置フィルタ(27)と前記微細構造化コンポーネント(12)との間に更に設けられており、前記微細フィルタ(28)は、前記前置フィルタ(27)とは異なっており、前記調合薬が、前記微細構造化コンポーネント(12)に入る前に、サイズ又は性状の異なる粒子が前記前置フィルタ(27)及び前記微細フィルタ(28)に付着する、器具。 - 前置フィルタ(27)、微細フィルタ(28)及び超微細フィルタ(12f)は、互いに異なる孔径を有すると共に前記孔径が流れ方向に減少するよう配置されている、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前置フィルタ(27)、微細フィルタ(28)及び超微細フィルタ(12f)は、互いに異なる材料から成る、請求項1又は2記載の器具。
- 1つのフィルタ、特に前記微細フィルタ(28)は、金属、特に焼結金属で作られている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記微細フィルタの構成金属は、チタンである、請求項4記載の器具。
- 前記金属フィルタの前記孔径は、孔直径が5ミクロン未満であるほど小さい、請求項4又は5記載の器具。
- 前記前置フィルタ(27)は、プラスチック製のフィルタであり、前記微細構造化コンポーネント(12)は、好ましくは、ガラス/シリコン複合材で作られている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記微細フィルタ(28)は、作用モードが主として吸着効果によって定められ、サイズ排除によってはそれほど定められることのないフィルタであり、前記フィルタを通って流れる液体からの粒子、特にナノ粒子は、分子間相互作用の結果として前記フィルタの表面上に堆積することができる、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 吸着フィルタ(32)が前記前置フィルタ(27)と前記超微細フィルタ(12f)との間で前記流路中に配置され、前記吸着フィルタの作用モードは、前記フィルタを通って流れる液体からの粒子、特にナノ粒子が分子間相互作用の結果として前記フィルタの表面上に堆積することができるという特徴を備えている、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記吸着フィルタ(32)は、前記前置フィルタ(27)と前記微細フィルタ(28)との間か前記微細フィルタ(28)と前記超微細フィルタ(12f)との間かのいずれかに独立コンポーネントとして配置されている、請求項9記載の器具。
- 前記吸着フィルタ(32)は、縁部が摩擦の作用で固定されたフィルタディスクとして具体化されている、請求項9又は10記載の器具。
- 前記フィルタディスクの前記縁部は、前記微細構造化コンポーネント(12)を封止し又は固定するコンポーネント又は取り付け位置にあるノズルによるか前記微細構造化コンポーネント(12)又は前記ノズルそれ自体によるかのいずれかによって保持され、或いは、前記前置フィルタ(27)と前記微細フィルタ(28)との間の定位置にクランプされている、請求項11記載の器具。
- 前記吸着フィルタ(32)は、ガラス繊維、セルロース繊維、炭素繊維又はポリマー繊維で作られている、請求項9〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記吸着フィルタ(32)は、酸化アルミニウムで機能化された表面を有する、請求項9〜13のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記吸着フィルタ(32)は、第四アンモニウム基で機能化された表面を有する、請求項9〜13のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記前置フィルタ(27)及び前記微細フィルタ(28)は、円筒形又は少なくとも部分的に円錐形の形をしている、請求項1〜15のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 投与されるべき前記液体調合薬は、蒸気圧の低い物質又はアルコール化合物を含む、請求項1〜16のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 投与されるべき前記液体調合薬は、3.5〜9のpHを有する、請求項1〜17のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記液体調合薬は、エーロゾル、特に吸入可能なエーロゾルとして送り出される、請求項1〜18のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記器具は、圧力チャンバ(11)を有し、前記フィルタは、前記圧力チャンバ(11)と前記少なくとも1つのノズル開口部(12e)及び/又はノズルチャネル(12b)との間に配置されている、請求項1〜19のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記器具は、中央部品(23)を有し、前置フィルタ(27)及び微細フィルタ(28)は、圧力チャンバ(11)又は計量チャンバの下流側で前記中央部品内に配置されている、請求項1〜20のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前置フィルタ(27)及び微細フィルタ(28)は、これらを固定する追加のコンポーネントなしで前記中央部品(23)内に保持されており、特に、前記中央部品それ自体(23)により形成された内部断面の減少部及び/又は圧力嵌めによって保持されている、請求項21記載の器具。
- 請求項20〜22のうちいずれか一に記載の器具を組み立てる方法であって、微細フィルタ(28)及び前置フィルタ(27)を、圧力チャンバ(11)である構成要素を通って中央部品(23)中に挿入し、挿入開口部を圧力発生器(5)のピストン又は特に中空ピストン(9)として形成された連結要素によって閉じ、次に、液体(2)を容器(3)から引き出す、方法。
