Abstract
Description
本出願は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる、2010年7月1日に出願した米国仮特許出願第61/360,710号の利益を主張する。
(ii)機能性流体組成物の約53重量%〜62重量%の量のグリコールホウ酸エステルと
を含む、機能性流体組成物を含む機能性流体組成物が提供される。
R1−R2−OH
(式中、R1は少なくとも2個、より好ましくは少なくとも3個、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも4個、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも6個の炭素原子を有する置換または非置換のアルキル、アルケニル、またはアリール基である)を有する。R1は好ましくは30個以下、より好ましくは28個以下、さらにより好ましくは26個以下、さらにより好ましくは24個以下の炭素原子を有する。R2は好ましくは2〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキルまたはアルコキシ基である。1つの例示的な実施形態においては、R2はエトキシ基(−O−CH2−CH2−)である。限定するものではないが、適切なリン酸エステルとしては、RHODOFAC(登録商標)RM−510(Rhodia)(エトキシル化ジノニルフェノールリン酸エステル)、LUBRHOPHOS(登録商標)LP−700(Rhodia)(エトキシル化フェノールのリン酸エステル)、LUBRHOPHOS(登録商標)LB−400(Rhodia)(オレインアルコールのエトキシル化リン酸エステル)、LUBRHOPHOS(登録商標)LK−500(Rhodia)(エトキシル化ヘキサノールのリン酸エステル)、およびリン酸トリクレジル(クレゾールのリン酸トリエステル)が挙げられる。

Claims (18)
- (i)機能性流体組成物の約38重量%〜47重量%の量のアルコキシグリコール混合物であって、次式

(ii)機能性流体組成物の約53重量%〜62重量%の量のグリコールホウ酸エステルと
を含む機能性流体組成物。 - 第1のアルコキシグリコール成分がメトキシトリエチレングリコールである、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 第2のアルコキシグリコール成分がメトキシテトラエチレングリコールである、請求項2に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 第3のアルコキシグリコール成分がメトキシポリエチレングリコールである、請求項4に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 0を超え9%までのブトキシトリエチレングリコールをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 0を超え3重量%までの1種または複数の腐食防止剤をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 1種または複数の腐食防止剤が、ヘテロ環窒素含有化合物、アルカノールアミン等のアミン化合物、アルケニルコハク酸無水物、無機硝酸塩、無機ホウ酸塩およびケイ酸エステルから選択される、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 0を超え1重量%までの1種または複数の抗酸化剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 1種または複数の抗酸化剤が、フェノール化合物、キノリン化合物またはそれらの混合物である、請求項8に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 消泡剤、pH安定剤、キレート化剤またはそれらの混合物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- グリコールホウ酸エステルが、メトキシトリエチレングリコールホウ酸エステルである、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- グリコールホウ酸エステルが、高ホウ素含量のメトキシトリエチレングリコールホウ酸エステルである、請求項11に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- メトキシトリエチレングリコールホウ酸エステルのホウ素含量が約2%である、請求項11に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- メトキシジエチレングリコールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 少なくとも約230℃の平衡還流沸点を有する、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 少なくとも約155℃の湿潤平衡還流沸点を有する、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- −40℃において約1800cST以下の動粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
- 120℃、70時間の試験において約10%以下のSBRカップ体積増加を示す、請求項1に記載の機能性流体組成物。
