Claims (11)
- 材料であって、

約80℃〜約120℃の温度で約100Pa * S以上の粘度を有し、
前記材料は、前記活性化前状態において、約1.5×10 5 Pa以上の圧力でアプリケータのオリフィスを通って流れ、前記材料は製品に設けられた複数の貫通穴を通って動き、前記材料が前記1つ又は2つ以上の貫通穴に合致して前記材料が引き抜きに抵抗するよう前記製品に自己固定される、材料。 - 前記活性化前状態の前記材料の前記粘度は、前記材料が大気圧よりも高い圧力を受けなければ流動することがないほど低い、請求項1記載の材料。
- 前記材料は、活性化可能であり、前記材料は、耐衝撃性改良剤とエポキシ樹脂の両方を含み、前記エポキシ樹脂は固体エポキシと液体エポキシの両方である、請求項1又は2記載の材料
- 方法であって、
a.複数個の貫通穴を有する製品を用意するステップと、
b.請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の材料をアプリケータに提供するステップと、
c.前記材料を前記複数個の貫通穴相互間を跨ぐ連続ビードの状態で前記製品に塗布するステップと、
d.前記材料を前記複数個の貫通穴中に押し通して前記製品と前記材料との間にインターロック関係が生じるようにするステップと、
e.前記材料を硬化させるステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記アプリケータは、ミニアプリケータであり、前記活性化可能材料は、ミニアプリケータを用いて前記製品に直接塗布され、
前記活性化可能材料及び前記製品には、前記材料を前記製品に固定的に連結する機械的締結具が存在しない、請求項4記載の方法。 - 前記材料を前記製品に塗布するステップの実施中、前記材料の粘度を調節するステップを更に有する、請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- 前記材料を前記製品に塗布するステップの実施中、前記材料に加えられる圧力を調節するステップを更に有する、請求項4〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 前記材料は、UV光への暴露によって硬化される、請求項4〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 前記製品は、前記複数個の貫通穴の周りにロゼット(rosette )を有し、前記活性化可能材料を前記貫通穴中に押し通しているときに前記活性化可能材料が前記ロゼット内で互いに絡み合い状態になって活性化可能材料が自己固定されるようにする、請求項4〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、
i)前記材料の塗布中、1つ又は2つ以上のシステム条件を測定するステップと、
ii)前記材料の塗布中、前記測定したシステム条件のうちの1つ又は2つ以上に基づいて前記アプリケータのオリフィスサイズを調節するステップと、
iii)前記材料の塗布中、前記測定したシステム条件のうちの1つ又は2つ以上に基づいて前記アプリケータの温度を調節するステップとを有する、請求項4〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記アプリケータの速度の調節、前記製品の速度の調節又はこれら両方の調節を行って前記貫通穴中に押し通される前記材料の量の変化、前記材料のサイズの変化及びこれら両方の変化を生じさせるステップを有し、
前記測定されるシステム条件は、温度、粘度、剪断速度、圧力又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項4〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
