Abstract
Se proporciona un material de unidad compuesta con resistencia balística de material compuesto, formado por un material compuesto de intersección de capas unitarias estructuradas en dos capas N, 1=N=8, una película delgada orgánica que se une a los dos lados de la misma, siendo el ángulo de intersección de cada capa adyacente de 45 °-90 °; una primera capa es una fibra de cinta unidireccional de resistencia balística recubierta por un primer adhesivo de resina, una segunda capa es una fibra de cinta unidireccional de resistencia balística recubierto por un segundo adhesivo de resina, el módulo de tracción del primer adhesivo de resina es menor que 6 MPa, y el módulo de tracción del segundo adhesivo de resina es mayor que 6 MPa; el módulo de pérdida del primer adhesivo de resina y el segundo adhesivo de resina, en las mismas condiciones de la frecuencia de prueba y valor de deformación. a 30-40 °C, es el mismo que el módulo de pérdida de la fibra de resistencia balística. Cuando la tasa de sensibilidad a la deformación de la fibra de resistencia balística es 2,4 x 103 s -1, la deformación de tracción dinámica es de al menos 2,4 GPa, y la velocidad de conducción de ondas de sonido es de al menos 10.000 m/s. El material de unidad compuesta de resistencia balística utiliza dos tipos de adhesivo de resina, recubiertos respectivamente sobre las capas adyacentes, y la suavidad y la dureza apropiada de los materiales de resistencia balística producidos así es apropiada, teniendo un excelente rendimiento de resistencia.
