Claims (11)
- 電源(5)から溶接電極(32)への電圧帰還ループ(13)に含まれる電流調整器(3)と、前記溶接電極(32)で短絡相の間に電流ランプを提供するように配置されるランプジェネレータ(11)とを備える、ショートアーク溶接用の直流アーク溶接装置(20)で溶接電流を制御するためのシステム(12)であって、
前記電圧帰還ループ(13)が、開回路状態が存在することを検出し、開回路状態が開回路状態検出器(6)によって検出されるときに帰還誤差(E)を抑制するように配置される前記開回路検出器(6)を含む、溶接電流を制御するためのシステム。 - 前記開回路検出器(6)が、開回路状態が検出されるかどうかに依存して前記減算ノード(1)の出力に、前記電流調整器(3)の入力(3a)を接続するまたは切断するように配置されるスイッチ(2)に接続される、請求項1に記載の溶接電流を制御するためのシステム。
- 前記電流調整器(3)および前記ランプジェネレータ(11)が並列で接続され、前記電源(5)用の基準電流(Iref)を前記溶接電極(32)に提供する、請求項1に記載の溶接電流を制御するためのシステム。
- 前記基準電流(Iref)が、前記電流調整器(3)からの出力電流(Ireg)および前記ランプジェネレータ(11)から提供される電流ランプ(Iramp)の合計である、請求項3に記載の溶接電流を制御するためのシステム。
- 前記電圧帰還ループ(13)が、帰還誤差(E)が、測定されたアーク電圧(Uarc)と基準電圧(Uref)との間の差異から生じる減算ノード(1)を含む、請求項3または4に記載の溶接電流を制御するためのシステム。
- 前記電流調整器(3)がPI調整器である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の溶接電流を制御するためのシステム。
- 前記システム(12)が、短絡状態の検出のための閾値レベル(Uth)を有する短絡状態検出器(7)をさらに含み、該閾値レベル(Uth)が、前記電源(5)に供給される基準電流(Iref)の大きさに依存する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の溶接電流を制御するためのシステム。
- 電源(5)および前記電源(5)に接続される溶接トーチ(26)を含む、直流ショートアーク溶接システム(20)であって、前記電源が、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の溶接電流を制御するためのシステム(12)によって制御される、直流ショートアーク溶接システム(20)。
- 電源(5)から溶接電極(32)への電圧帰還ループ(13)内に含まれる電流調整器(3)と、前記溶接電極(32)で短絡相の間に電流ランプを提供するように配置されるランプジェネレータ(11)とを備える、ショートアーク溶接用の直流アーク溶接装置(20)に含まれる電源(5)を制御するための方法であって、前記短絡相の間に電源の出力電流を制御し、前記アーク相の間に前記出力電圧を制御する、電源(5)を制御するための方法。
- 開回路状態を検出する、請求項9に記載の、電源を制御するための方法。
- 前記開回路状態検出時に、前記電圧帰還ループ(13)内の前記電流調整器(3)への帰還誤差(E)入力を抑制する、請求項10に記載の方法。
