Claims (15)
- 対象物に超音波パルスを送り、対象物からエコー系列を受信し、受信したエコー系列に依存して超音波信号を生成することにより作られた超音波信号を供給するための超音波信号供給ユニットと、対象物を灌流する流体による超音波パルスの散乱を表す少なくとも一つの散乱値を超音波信号に依存して決定する散乱値決定ユニットと、少なくとも一つの散乱値に依存して対象物の特性を決定するための特性決定ユニットとを有する、対象物の特性を決定するための特性決定装置。
- 対象物は組織を有する生物学的対象物であり、前記特性決定ユニットは、対象物の特性として少なくとも一つの散乱値に基づいて、組織の一部が切除された組織を有するか又は切除されていない組織を有するかを決定する、請求項1に記載の特性決定装置。
- 供給された超音波信号が、a)対象物内の異なる深度及びb)異なる時間の少なくとも一つで流体による散乱を表し、超音波信号が、a)異なる深度及びb)異なる時間の少なくとも一つに対応するサンプル窓によりサンプリングされ、前記散乱値決定ユニットは、前記サンプル窓に対する散乱値を決定し、それぞれのサンプル窓に対して、少なくとも一つの散乱値が、それぞれのサンプル窓に対応する超音波信号の一部に基づいて決定され、前記特性決定ユニットが、それぞれのサンプル窓に対して決定される少なくとも一つの散乱値に基づいてそれぞれのサンプル窓に対する特性を決定する、請求項1に記載の特性決定装置。
- 前記サンプル窓の各々が、超音波信号の幾つかの超音波強度に対応し、前記散乱値決定ユニットが、それぞれのサンプル窓内の超音波強度のヒストグラムに依存してサンプル窓に対する少なくとも一つの散乱値を決定する、請求項3に記載の特性決定装置。
- 前記散乱値決定ユニットが、第1次のヒストグラム及び第2次のヒストグラムの少なくとも一つに基づいて少なくとも一つの散乱値を決定する、請求項4に記載の特性決定装置。
- 前記散乱値決定ユニットが、第1次のヒストグラムの第1次の平均、第1次のヒストグラムの第1次の分散、第1次のヒストグラムの第1次のエントロピー、第2次のヒストグラムの第2次のエントロピー、第2次のヒストグラムの第2次のエネルギー、第2次のヒストグラムの第2次の均一性、第2次のヒストグラムの第2次のコントラスト、第2次のヒストグラムの第2次のクラスタ傾向、第2次のヒストグラムの第2次の形状、第2次のヒストグラムの第2次の相関及び第2次のヒストグラムの第2次の相関微分係数のうちの少なくとも一つを、少なくとも一つの散乱値として決定する、請求項5に記載の特性決定装置。
- 前記サンプル窓の各々は、超音波信号の幾つかの超音波強度に対応し、前記散乱値決定ユニットは、それぞれのサンプル窓内の超音波強度の総和に依存して、サンプル窓に対する少なくとも一つの散乱値を決定する、請求項3に記載の特性決定装置。
- 前記特性決定ユニットは、クラスタ分析を前記サンプル窓に適用し、前記サンプル窓が、それぞれのサンプル窓に対して決定される少なくとも一つの散乱値に依存してクラスタ化され、特性をサンプル窓のクラスタに割り当てる、請求項3に記載の特性決定装置。
- 前記超音波信号供給ユニットが、10MHzより大きい周波数を持つ超音波を用いることにより作られる超音波信号を供給する、請求項1に記載の特性決定装置。
- 前記超音波信号供給ユニットが、カテーテル又は針と一体化される超音波振動子である、請求項1に記載の特性決定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の特性決定装置と、対象物に影響するための対象物影響ユニットとを有する、対象物に影響するための対象物影響装置。
- 対象物に超音波パルスを送り、対象物からエコー系列を受信し、受信したエコー系列に依存して超音波信号を生成することにより作られた超音波信号を供給するステップと、対象物を灌流する流体による超音波パルスの散乱を表す少なくとも一つの散乱値を超音波信号に依存して決定するステップと、少なくとも一つの散乱値に依存して対象物の特性を決定するステップとを有する、対象物の特性を決定するための特性決定方法。
- 対象物に影響するステップと請求項12に記載の特性決定方法のステップとを有する、対象物に影響するための対象物影響方法。
- コンピュータプログラムが請求項1に記載の特性決定装置を制御するコンピュータ上で実行されるとき、請求項12に記載の特性決定方法のステップを前記特性決定装置に実施させるプログラムコード手段を有する、対象物の特性を決定するための特性決定コンピュータプログラム。
- コンピュータプログラムが請求項11に記載の対象物影響装置を制御するコンピュータ上で実行されるとき、請求項13に記載の対象物影響方法のステップを前記対象物影響装置に実施させるプログラムコード手段を有する、対象物に影響するための対象物影響コンピュータプログラム。
