Abstract
Description
a.30〜70重量%の、少なくとも260℃の溶融温度を有するポリアミド;
b.20〜40重量%のメラム;
c.5〜10重量%の繊維強化材;
d.0〜40重量%の無機フィラー;および
e.0〜20重量%の他の成分
からなる。
フランジを難燃剤組成物から作製して、熱硬化性材料でできたMCCB中に挿入し、通常の使用条件下でのアーク放電電圧および絶縁耐力の維持について試験した。組成物の成分および試験結果の評価を表1に列挙している。
Claims (6)
- アーク発生室と消弧室とを含む電気回路遮断器であって、前記アーク発生室は、熱可塑性ポリマー、トリアジン系難燃剤、最大0〜5重量%のリンまたはハロゲン含有難燃剤、および0〜15重量%の強化材を含むポリマー組成物からなるサイドフランジまたは側壁の少なくとも一部によって少なくとも部分的に境界が形成され、熱可塑性ポリマーが少なくとも260℃の溶融温度を有するポリアミドを含み、前記トリアジン系難燃剤が少なくとも20重量%のメラムを含み、重量パーセント値(重量%)は前記ポリマー組成物の全重量を基準としている、電気回路遮断器。
- 配線用遮断器(MCCB)である、請求項1に記載の電気回路遮断器。
- 前記アーク発生室が、前記アーク発生室中に挿入された個別のプラスチック部品からなる2つのサイドフランジを含む、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路遮断器。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、メラムを含む難燃剤系を、前記難燃剤系の全重量を基準として70〜100重量パーセントの量で含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路遮断器。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の全重量を基準として、メラムが20〜40重量%、好ましくは30〜40重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路遮断器。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が:
a.30〜70重量%の、少なくとも260℃の溶融温度を有するポリアミド;
b.20〜40重量%のメラム;
c.5〜10重量%の繊維強化材;
d.0〜40重量%の無機フィラー;および
e.0〜20重量%の他の成分からなり;
重量%は前記ポリマー組成物の全重量を基準としている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路遮断器。
