Claims (24)
- 乳房の撮像のための乳房撮像システムであって、
乳房の第1の側に接触するように構成された第1の圧縮部材と、
前記乳房の第1の側に対し実質的に反対側の第2の側に接触するように構成された第2の圧縮部材と、
前記第1の圧縮部材に組み合わせられ、乳房の前記第1の側に位置する第1の基準マーカの位置を検出するように構成された第1のイメージセンサと、
前記第2の圧縮部材に組み合わせられ、乳房の前記第2の側に位置する第2の基準マーカの位置を検出するように構成された第2のイメージセンサと、
前記第1および第2のイメージセンサの少なくとも一方から情報を受け取り、該情報にもとづいて前記第1および第2の基準マーカの整列を手助けする整列システムと、
を備える乳房撮像システム。 - 前記情報にもとづいて前記第1および第2の圧縮部材の少なくとも一方を動かすことによって前記第1および第2の基準マーカが整列するように乳房を動かすポジショナを、さらに備える請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記第1の基準マーカが、乳房の前記第1の側の皮膚表面の約1cmの範囲内に位置するように構成されている請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記第2の基準マーカが、乳房の前記第2の側の皮膚表面の約1cmの範囲内に位置するように構成されている請求項3に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記第1の圧縮部材が、パドルを備える請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記第1および第2の基準マーカの各々が、1つ以上の入れ墨を含む請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記第1および第2の基準マーカが、補助のない人間の眼にとって不可視である請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記第1および第2の基準マーカが、紫外光照明に曝されたときに補助のない人間の眼にとって可視である請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記第1および第2の基準マーカが、放射線不透過性である請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記整列システムが、前記第1および第2の基準マーカの整列をさらに手助けするように構成された画像化ソフトウェアを備える請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 乳房の画像の生成を手助けすべく電磁放射線を生成するための電磁放射線システムをさらに備える請求項1に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記電磁放射線が、X線を含む請求項11に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 初期の時点において乳房の第1の放射線写真画像を取得するように構成された少なくとも第1の放射線写真画像取得プラットフォームをさらに備える請求項11に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記初期の時点から後の時点において乳房の第2の放射線写真画像を取得するように構成された第2の放射線写真画像取得プラットフォームをさらに備える請求項13に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 前記初期の時点と後の時点との間の時間の経過につれて生じた乳房の変化の検出を手助けするために第1の放射線写真画像を第2の放射線写真画像から引き算するように構成された差分画像化システムをさらに備える請求項14に記載の乳房撮像システム。
- 乳房の撮像のための乳房撮像方法であって、
乳房の第1の側を第1の圧縮部材に接触させるステップと、
前記乳房の第1の側に対し実質的に反対側の第2の側を第2の圧縮部材に接触させるステップと、
乳房の前記第1の側に位置する第1の基準マーカの位置を、前記第1の圧縮部材に組み合わせられた第1のイメージセンサによって検出するステップと、
乳房の前記第2の側に位置する第2の基準マーカの位置を、前記第2の圧縮部材に組み合わせられた第2のイメージセンサによって検出するステップと、
前記第1および第2のイメージセンサの少なくとも一方からの情報を整列システムにおいて取得するステップと、
前記取得した情報にもとづいて前記第1および第2の基準マーカを整列させるステップと、
を含む乳房撮像方法。 - 前記整列させるステップが、前記第1および第2の圧縮部材の少なくとも一方を動かすことによって前記受信した情報にもとづいて前記基準マーカが整列するように乳房を動かすステップを含む請求項16に記載の乳房撮像方法。
- 前記第1の基準マーカを乳房の前記第1の側の皮膚表面の約1cmの範囲内に配置するステップをさらに含む請求項16に記載の乳房撮像方法。
- 前記第2の基準マーカを乳房の前記第2の側の皮膚表面の約1cmの範囲内に配置するステップをさらに含む請求項18に記載の乳房撮像方法。
- 画像化ソフトウェアを使用して前記第1および第2の基準マーカを整列させるステップをさらに含む請求項16に記載の乳房撮像方法。
- 乳房の放射線写真画像を生成するための電磁放射線を生成するステップをさらに含む請求項16に記載の乳房撮像方法。
- 初期の時点における乳房の第1の放射線写真画像を取得するステップをさらに含む請求項16に記載の乳房撮像方法。
- 前記初期の時点から後の時点における乳房の第2の放射線写真画像を取得するステップをさらに含む請求項22に記載の乳房撮像方法。
