Claims (28)
- 整形外科用インプラントであって、
少なくとも1つの標識点を画定する本体と、
前記少なくとも1つの標識点から規定の距離だけ隔置されたセンサを備えるプローブとを備え、前記プローブおよびセンサが、前記少なくとも1つの標識点に対する前記センサの動きを制限するように、前記インプラントの前記本体に解放可能に固定される、インプラント。 - 前記本体の外面に沿って画定される長手方向溝をさらに含み、前記長手方向溝が駆動端部部分および非駆動端部部分を含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記センサが、前記長手方向溝の前記非駆動端部部分内に位置する、請求項2に記載のインプラント。
- 前記長手方向溝が、少なくとも2つの側壁と、前記2つの側壁を接続する床面とを含み、前記長手方向溝が、前記長手方向溝の長さに沿って、前記2つの側壁がそれぞれ前記床面とともに鋭角を形成する少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項2に記載のインプラント。
- 前記長手方向溝が、前記長手方向溝の前記長さに沿って、前記2つの側壁がそれぞれ前記床面とともに約90度以上の角を形成する少なくとも第2の部分を含む、請求項4に記載のインプラント。
- 前記2つの側壁がそれぞれ前記床面とともに鋭角を形成する前記部分の長さが、約0.025インチ〜約0.5インチである、請求項4に記載のインプラント。
- 前記長手方向溝が、解放可能な締まり嵌め、プレス嵌め、摩擦嵌め、またはスナップ嵌めの1つで前記プローブおよびセンサを受け取る、請求項2に記載のインプラント。
- 前記長手方向溝が、隙間嵌めで前記プローブおよびセンサを受け取り、前記プローブが、前記溝の前記駆動端部に結合される、請求項2に記載のインプラント。

- センサを備えるプローブを整形外科用インプラントに解放可能に固定するステップであって、前記センサが、前記整形外科用インプラント内に画定される少なくとも1つの標識点から規定の距離だけ隔置される、固定するステップと、
前記センサと前記少なくとも1つの標識点との間の空間関係がわかるように前記センサを較正するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記プローブを固定するステップが、前記インプラント内に形成される長手方向溝の中に隙間嵌めで前記プローブを配置するステップと、前記プローブが前記溝の中で回転および平行移動するのを制限するように、前記プローブの駆動端部を前記インプラントに結合するステップとを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記溝の少なくとも一部分を覆うようにカバーを配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記カバーを配置するステップが、前記インプラントおよび前記溝の1つに前記カバーをレーザ溶接するステップを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 体内への前記インプラントの注入後に前記整形外科用インプラントから前記プローブおよび前記センサを除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記プローブおよび前記センサを前記インプラントに解放可能に固定するステップが、前記インプラント内に形成される長手方向溝の少なくとも1つの長手方向区間内へ前記プローブの少なくとも一部分を配置するステップを含み、前記長手方向溝の前記少なくとも1つの長手方向区間が、締まり嵌め、プレス嵌め、摩擦嵌め、またはスナップ嵌めの1つで前記プローブを受け取るように構成される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのねじ穴を画定する本体と、
前記本体の外面に沿って形成される駆動端部部分および非駆動端部部分を有する長手方向溝と、
