Claims (20)
- バルブトリム装置で、
バルブ台座と、
動作可能に前記バルブ台座とかみ合う閉鎖部品で、前記閉鎖部品またはバルブ台座の一つが複数の環状リブを含み、ここで少なくとも1つの前記バルブ台座または閉鎖部品が、環状リブの少なくとも2つの間に位置して、前記閉鎖部品が前記バルブ台座と密封するようにかみ合う時に前記閉鎖部品またはバルブ台座の密封表面から物質を受ける少なくとも1つの溝を形作る閉鎖部品とを備える装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記環状リブが、冗長密封表面を提供するよう構成されている装置。
- 請求項1に記載のバルブトリム装置で、ここで、前記少なくとも1つの溝で受ける前に前記物質が前記バルブ台座または閉鎖部品の前記密封表面と接触する少なくとも1つの粒子または相対的に高い粘度の液体を備えている装置。
- 請求項1に記載のバルブトリム装置で、ここで、前記バルブ台座が台座リングで、前記複数の環状リブが前記台座リングと一体化している装置。
- 請求項4に記載のバルブトリム装置で、ここで、前記台座リングが、バルブ体の流出ポート前記台座リングがバルブ体の流出ポートに近接して固定される装置。
- 請求項1に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記環状リブに角度の付いたプロファイルを有する装置。
- 請求項6に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記角度の付いたプロファイルが、前記少なくとも1つの溝に物質を集めやすくなる角度が定義されている装置。
- 請求項7で定義されたバルブトリム装置で、前記角度が前記閉鎖部品の長方向軸に対しおよそ60度である装置。
- 請求項1に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記閉鎖部品またはバルブ台座の一つが金属、カーバイドまたはセラミック製で、もう片方の前記閉鎖部品またはバルブ台座の一つが前記閉鎖部品と異なる材質でできている装置。
- 請求項1に記載のバルブトリム装置でさらに、前記ケージを通じた液体の流れが、前記閉鎖部品が前記バルブ台座と密封するようにかみ合う前に前記閉鎖部品が前記バルブ台座の方向へ動くにつれて、実質的に防止されるように前記プラグに動作可能にかみ合ったケージを備えた装置。
- バルブトリム装置で、
バルブ台座と、
前記バルブ閉鎖部品および前記バルブ台座が、互いにかみ合って空洞を形作り、前記バルブ閉鎖部品が前記バルブ台座との密封されるかみ合いの方向へ動くにつれ、前記バルブ台座またはバルブ閉鎖部品の密封表面が前記空洞に移動するバルブ閉鎖部品とを備えた装置。 - 請求項11に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記空洞が、前記バルブ閉鎖部品または前記バルブ台座上に環状溝を備えた装置。
- 請求項11に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記バルブ閉鎖部品がプラグで前記バルブ台座が台座リングである装置。
- 請求項11に記載のバルブトリム装置で、ここで、前記汚染物質が相対的に高い粘度の液体または粒子が浮遊している液体を含む装置。
- 請求項11に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記バルブ閉鎖部品または前記バルブ台座の一つが複数の環状突起を備え、前記バルブ台座の密封表面から前記空洞へ汚染物質を移動させる装置。
- 請求項15に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記環状突起が、冗長密封表面を提供するよう構成されている装置。
- 請求項1に記載のバルブトリム装置で、さらに、前記密封表面を浸食から保護するための流れ不動帯を提供するよう構成されたケージを備えた装置。
- バルブトリム装置で、
バルブを通じた液体の流れを制御するための手段と、
前記バルブが閉じるにつれ汚染物質を前記バルブの密封表面から除去するための手段と、
前記除去された汚染物質を集める手段で、前記バルブが閉じるにつれ前記除去する手段と前記集める手段が動作可能に咬みあわせる手段とを備えた装置。 - 請求項18に記載のバルブトリム装置で、前記除去する手段および前記集める手段が、前記制御する手段から分離された構造の一体化した機能である装置。
- 請求項18に記載のバルブトリム装置で、さらに、前記バルブが閉じる前に流量不動帯を提供するための手段を備えた装置。
