Claims (22)
- 構造体のための膨張可能な挿入物であって、
前記構造体に固定されるように構成された基材であって、該基材が、剛性を有し、初期形状に対して屈折することが可能である、前記基材と、
前記基材に固定された複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素であって、該複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素がそれぞれ、膨張可能な材料から形成された、前記複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素と、
を備え、前記複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素が、該膨張可能な構成要素の膨張前に、前記基材の剛性に影響を及ぼさないように、該基材に固定される、前記膨張可能な挿入物。 - 膨張後に、単一の膨張した構成要素を形成するように、少なくとも2つの前記複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素が構成される請求項1に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記基材が、屈折して、該基材を支持する前記構造体の設置面から突出するように構成され、その結果、該基材が、該設置面から離れて、該構造体によって少なくとも部分的に区画形成された空洞に延びる請求項1または2に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記複数の膨張可能な構成要素の少なくとも一部が、他の膨張可能な構成要素に隣接した状態または接していない状態であり、その結果、該膨張可能な構成要素が、前記基材の屈折によって、該膨張可能な構成要素間の選択的な移動を可能にする請求項1、2または3に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素の少なくとも一部が、該膨張可能な構成要素がそれぞれ、前記基材の表面に沿って、他の膨張可能な要素に関して、一般に、一定距離を確定するように、該基材に別々に固定され、かつ、該複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素間の絶対的な距離を改良するように、該基材を屈折する場合、一般的な一定距離が維持される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記絶対的な距離が、所定の大きさで、前記基材の表面から間隔が置かれたそれぞれの前記個別の構成要素上の位置で測定される請求項5に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記個別の膨張可能な構成要素のうちの複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素の第1要素が、前記個別の膨張可能な構成要素のうちの複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素の第2の要素の膨張率よりも大きい膨張率を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記個別の膨張可能な構成要素のうちの複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素の第1の要素が、前記個別の膨張可能な構成要素のうちの複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素の第2の要素の活性化温度よりも大きい活性化温度を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記基材が可撓性のテープおよびメッシュのうちの1つである請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記膨張可能な材料が、熱の適用によって膨張するように使用することができる請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記膨張可能な材料が、前記構造体を介して伝えられた振動を吸収するのに使用可能なバッフル材料、および該構造体を補強するのに使用可能な構造補強材のうちの1つである請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 前記膨張可能な構成要素が、前記基材上に押し出される請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の膨張可能な挿入物。
- 構造体であって、
空洞の少なくとも一部を区画形成する壁であって、該壁には設置面が含まれる、前記壁と、
前記設置面に固定されるように構成された基材であって、該基材が、剛性を有し、初期形状に対して屈折することが可能である、前記基材と、
前記設置面に隣接する該基材に固定された複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素であって、該複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素がそれぞれ、膨張可能な材料から形成された、前記複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素と、を備え、
前記複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素が、該膨張可能な構成要素の膨張前に、前記基材の剛性を増加させないように、該基材に固定される、前記構造体。 - 前記基材が、屈折して、前記設置面から突出するように構成され、その結果、該基材が、該設置面から離れて空洞に延びる請求項13に記載の構造体。
- 前記基材が可撓性のテープおよびメッシュのうちの1つである請求項13または14に記載の構造体。
- 前記膨張可能な材料が、熱の適用によって膨張するように使用することができる請求項13、14または15に記載の構造体。
- 基材の選択的な屈折が可能であるように構成された基材を供する工程と、
前記基材に複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素を適用する工程であって、該複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素がそれぞれ、膨張可能な材料から形成された、前記工程と、
前記複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素を前記基材に適用する前後に、一般に、一定に保たれた基材の剛性を確立する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 膨張後に、単一の膨張した構成要素を形成するように、少なくとも2つの前記複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素を確立する工程をさらに含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 他の膨張可能な構成要素に隣接した状態および接していない状態のうちの1つであるように、前記複数の膨張可能な構成要素のそれぞれを確立し、その結果、該膨張可能な構成要素が、前記基材の屈折によって、該膨張可能な構成要素間の選択的な移動を可能にする工程をさらに含む請求項17または18に記載の方法。

- 前記個別の膨張可能な構成要素のうちの複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素の第1の要素が、前記個別の膨張可能な構成要素のうちの複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素の第2の要素の活性化温度よりも大きい活性化温度を有する、該第1の複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素を確立する工程をさらに含む請求項17〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基材に複数の個別の膨張可能な構成要素を適用する工程には、前記基材上に、個別の量の膨張可能な材料を押し出す工程が含まれる請求項17〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
