Claims (8)
- 基体(10)を有しており、該基体(10)に少なくとも1つの載置面(13)が形成されており、該載置面(13)には少なくとも1つの永久磁石エレメント(5)が取り付けられている、電気モータ(1)用のロータ(4)において、
前記基体(10)は、室壁(15)を有した接合スリーブ(9)によって部分的に取り囲まれており、前記室壁(15)は前記載置面(13)と共に少なくとも1つの室(17)を形成し、該室(17)内には少なくとも1つの前記永久磁石エレメント(5)が配置されており、前記接合スリーブ(9)は前記永久磁石エレメント(5)を半径方向(19)で前記基体(10)において位置固定しており、ロックエレメント(8)が前記基体(10)に固着されていて、前記ロックエレメント(8)は前記室(17)を閉鎖していて、前記永久磁石エレメント(5)を軸方向(7)で前記基体(10)において位置固定することを特徴とするロータ。 - 前記基体(10)に少なくとも1つの通路(11)が形成されていて、該通路(11)は軸方向(7)で前記基体(10)全体にわたって延びていて、2つの載置面(13)を互いに分離しており、前記接合スリーブ(9)の1つの室壁(15)が前記通路(11)に係合する、請求項1記載のロータ。
- 前記通路(11)がアンダカット(12)を有しており、前記室壁(15)に固定部材(16)が形成されており、該固定部材(16)は前記アンダカット(12)に形状接続的に係合する、請求項2記載のロータ。
- 前記基体(10)に複数の通路(11)が形成されていて、該通路(11)は複数の載置面(13)を互いに分離しており、前記接合スリーブ(9)に相応に複数の室壁(15)が形成されており、該室壁(15)が一つ置きに固定部材(16)を有しており、該固定部材(16)は対応配置された通路(11)のアンダカット(12)に形状接続的に係合する、請求項3記載のロータ。
- 前記基体(10)は磁気伝導材料から成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のロータ。
- 前記基体(10)は打ち抜き薄板部品の積層体から成っている、請求項5記載のロータ。
- 電気モータ(1)用のロータ(4)を製造する方法であって、前記ロータ(4)は基体(10)を有していて、該基体(10)には少なくとも1つの載置面(13)が形成されており、該載置面(13)に少なくとも1つの永久磁石エレメント(5)を取り付け、該永久磁石エレメント(5)をもっぱら保持工具(14)によって保持し、次いで前記基体(10)と前記永久磁石エレメント(5)に、室壁(15)を備えた接合スリーブ(9)を軸方向(7)で被せ嵌め、前記永久磁石エレメント(5)が前記接合スリーブ(9)と前記載置面(13)とによって半径方向(19)で前記基体(10)に十分位置固定されたら、前記保持工具(14)を取り外し、次いで前記接合スリーブ(9)を完全に前記永久磁石エレメント(5)上に被せ嵌め、次いでロックエレメント(8)を射出成形によって前記基体(10)に固着し、前記ロックエレメント(8)は前記永久磁石エレメント(5)を前記基体(10)に軸方向(7)で位置固定することを特徴とする、電気モータ用のロータを製造する方法。
- 電気モータ(1)用のロータ(4)を製造する方法であって、ロータ(4)が基体(10)を有しており、該基体(10)には少なくとも1つの載置面(13)が形成されており、前記基体(10)に、室壁(15)を備えた接合スリーブ(9)を軸方向(7)で被せ嵌め、これにより前記載置面(13)と前記室壁(15)とによって室(17)を形成し、該室(17)内に永久磁石エレメント(5)を軸方向(7)で挿入し、これにより永久磁石エレメント(5)を前記接合スリーブ(9)と前記載置面(13)とによって半径方向(19)で十分に前記基体(10)に位置固定し、次いでロックエレメント(8)を射出成形法により前記基体(10)に固着し、前記ロックエレメント(8)は前記永久磁石エレメント(5)を前記基体(10)に軸方向(7)で位置固定することを特徴とする、電気モータ用のロータを製造する方法。
