Claims (20)
- 患者の組織部位に使用されている減圧供給システムのドレープにおける流体漏出位置を決定する方法において、
前記ドレープが位置決めされている前記組織部位に減圧を行うステップと、
前記組織部位の前記ドレープをイメージングして、画像データを生成するステップと、
前記イメージングから前記ドレープの前記流体漏出位置を決定するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記イメージングステップが、非可視スペクトルにおけるイメージングを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記イメージングステップが、IRスペクトルにおけるイメージングを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、
前記ドレッシングに流体を適用するステップ、
をさらに含み、前記イメージングステップが、UVスペクトルにおけるイメージングを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記ドレッシングに前記流体を適用するステップが、エアゾール流体を前記ドレープと前記患者の組織との間のインターフェースに向けることを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記流体を適用するステップが、圧縮空気、CO2、フルオロカーボン、およびブタンの少なくとも1つを適用することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記画像データを、コンピュータメモリに、治療履歴を含む患者記録に関連付けて記憶することをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記画像データに時刻印を押すことをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記流体漏出を直すことをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 患者の組織に使用されている減圧供給システムのドレープにおける流体漏出位置を決定するシステムにおいて、
前記減圧供給システムの動作を制御するように構成された処理装置と、
前記処理装置と通信する入力/出力(I/O)ユニットと、
前記組織部位の前記ドレープをイメージングし、かつ画像データを前記処理装置に、前記I/Oユニットを経由して通信するように構成されたイメージングシステムにおいて、前記処理装置が、前記ドレープにおいて前記流体漏出が存在している位置を決定するために、前記画像データを表示するようにさらに構成されている、イメージングシステムと
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記処理装置が、前記減圧供給システムの電子ディスプレイに前記画像データを表示するようにさらに構成されており、前記画像データが、異なる温度に関連して異なる色合いを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記イメージングシステムがIRイメージセンサを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記イメージングシステムがUVイメージセンサを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ドレープに流体を適用するのに使用するためのエアゾールスプレー缶をさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 患者の組織部位に使用されている減圧供給システムのドレープにおける流体漏出位置を決定する方法において、
前記患者の組織部位にドレッシングを適用するステップと、
前記ドレッシングおよび前記患者の組織部位を覆って前記ドレープを適用するステップであって、前記ドレッシングおよびドレープの少なくとも一方が、環境要因に応答して色を変化させるコーティングで被覆されているステップと、
色が変わっている前記コーティング領域に関連して、前記ドレープの流体漏出位置を特定するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、前記コーティングが、圧力変化に応答して色を変化させる感圧性コーティングであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法において、前記コーティングが、温度変化に応答して色を変化させる温度感受性コーティングであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法において、前記ドレープと前記患者の組織との間のインターフェースの方に流体を向けて、流体漏出を特定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法において、液体が、圧縮空気、CO2、フルオロカーボン、およびブタンの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法において、前記ドレープの前記流体漏出を直すことをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
