Claims (12)
- 流動層反応器が、少なくとも底部(12)、天井部(16)、及び前記底部と前記天井部との間に垂直に延在する少なくとも1つの側壁(14.1)を有し、前記側壁が、前記反応器の反応チャンバ(20)の断面が前記底部に向かって縮小するような態様で、下部において傾斜して配置されている、流動層反応器装置(10)であって、前記側壁の前記傾斜した領域において前記反応チャンバの外側に熱交換チャンバ(30)を有し、前記底部と前記天井部との間に延在し且つその下部において傾斜して配置されている前記側壁が、前記熱交換チャンバと前記反応チャンバとの間に隔壁(32)を形成し、前記熱交換チャンバ(30)が、前記隔壁(32)から、前記側壁(14.1)を経て延在する平面(P)の反対側まで延在する、流動層反応器装置において、
前記熱交換チャンバの後壁(34)が、少なくとも接続領域(36)においてその向きが前記側壁の向きと整合するように、前記接続部(36)において前記後壁の上部から前記反応チャンバ(20)の前記側壁(14.1)に接続されることを特徴とする、流動層反応器装置。 - 前記熱交換チャンバ(30)が、前記反応チャンバ(20)に完全に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記傾斜した側壁(14.1)が、前記熱交換チャンバと前記反応チャンバ(20)との間に隔壁を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記流動層反応器の前記側壁(14.1)を経て延在する前記平面(P)が、少なくとも前記接続領域において、後壁(34)を経て延在する前記平面と整合することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記熱交換チャンバ(30)が、その前記後壁の両方の縁部と接続している端壁(38)を有し、前記端壁(38)が、前記接続領域(36)から前記熱交換チャンバ(30)の前記底部まで延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記熱交換チャンバ(30)が、前記反応チャンバ(20)の前記側壁の前記縁部の間隔内の部分にのみ水平方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記流動層反応器装置が、前記側壁(14.1)の端部の間隔内に複数の熱交換チャンバ(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記熱交換チャンバの前記後壁が、メンブレン構造(31)で形成され、前記流動層反応器の前記側壁が、メンブレン構造(31)で形成され、前記後壁の前記メンブレン構造が、前記流動層反応器の給水システム(304)に接続され、前記側壁の前記メンブレン構造が、前記流動層反応器装置の蒸発器システム(306)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記熱交換チャンバの前記後壁が、メンブレン構造(31)で形成され、前記流動層反応器の前記側壁が、メンブレン構造(31)で形成され、前記接続領域において、前記メンブレン構造の管の第1の群が、傾斜して配置された前記側壁内に延在するように配置され、メンブレン構造化管の第2の群が、前記熱交換チャンバの前記後壁(34)内に延在するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記熱交換チャンバ(30)が、特に、前記熱交換チャンバが所定の方法で分散される所定量の固形物、つまり流動媒体を含有する状況において、ある一定の重心(G)を有し、且つ前記熱交換チャンバが、前記重心(G)が前記平面(P)と接合するような態様で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 前記後壁(34)の向きが、接続点においてある距離にわたって前記側壁の向きと整合し、前記ある距離の長さ(D)が、前記熱交換チャンバ(30)の前記後壁(34)の前記端壁(38)同士の相互間の距離(30’)に対する長さ(D)の比率が少なくとも0.5であるように、決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器装置。
- 平面(P)と整合する前記後壁(14.1)の前記部分における前記熱交換チャンバの端壁(38)の幅が、少なくとも前記隔壁(32)からの前記後壁(34)の垂直距離(X)に相当することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の流動層反応器装置。
