Claims (8)
- ブレード根元部(24)を取り付けるためのスロット(14)を外周に有するロータディスク(10)を備え、スロット(14)はディスク(10)を下流側の圧縮機ロータに固定するための半径方向ラグ(26)を各々備える長手方向リブ(12)によって画定され、ラグ(26)の側面はディスク(10)に取り付けられたブレード(16)を保持するためのストッパを形成するタービンエンジンファンであって、U字状クリップ(26)は、ディスクのラグに取り付けられ、それぞれ半径方向ラグの側面を覆う2つの側方タブ(36、38)を備えることを特徴とする、タービンエンジンファン。
- クリップ(32)が、ラグ(26)に上流側から軸方向に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 各々のクリップ(32)が、ラグ(26)の半径方向上流側面に当てられる横壁(34)で、下流側の圧縮機ロータに固定するためのネジまたはボルトを通すためにラグ(32)内の対応オリフィス(28)と位置合わせされるオリフィス(40)を備える横壁(34)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のファン。
- 各々の側方タブ(36、38)が、半径方向ラグ(26)の側面のストッパに適合する長手方向フォールド部(41)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のファン。
- クリップ(32)の横壁(34)が、少なくとも1つの半径方向タブ(42、44)を備え、その端部はディスク(10)のリブ(12)に沿って上流側に向かって延びることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のファン。
- 各々のクリップが、平行で互いに円周方向に離間した上述の2つの半径方向タブ(42、44)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のファン。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のファンディスク(10)の周辺リブ12の半径方向ラグ(26)の側面を保護するためのクリップ(32)であって、中央オリフィス(40)を備える横壁(34)によって接続される2つのほぼ平行な側方タブ(36、38)を備えることを特徴とする、クリップ(32)。
- 横壁(34)が、2つの曲がったタブ(42、44)によって延長され、その自由端部はクリップ(32)の側方タブ(36、38)と反対方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のクリップ。
