Claims (15)
- 体外膜型酸素供給のための血液ポンプおよびガス交換器を備えた装置であって、前記血液ポンプが脈動する血液ポンプとして形成され、前記ガス交換器と同じ筐体内に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 血液供給管を備え、該血液供給管が脈動するよう形成される血液ポンプと接続されており、および血液排出管を備え、該血液排出管がガス交換器と接続されており、その際血液供給管および血液排出管がカニューレまたはチューブ接続部として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 血液供給管および血液排出管を備え、それらの長さが80cm、または患者への接続部より短いことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体に配置されている血液供給管および前記筐体に配置されている血液排出管が、同じ方向に向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 血液供給管および血液排出管が前記筐体の同じ側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動する血液ポンプがガス交換器の軸方向に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動する血液ポンプが半径方向に前記ガス交換器内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動する血液ポンプが前記ガス交換器の正面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動する血液ポンプが空気圧式で駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動する血液ポンプがバルーンポンプとして仕上げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動する血液ポンプが膜ポンプとして仕上げられ、該膜ポンプの膜がその受動的位置で最大ポンプ充填量であるようにプレストレスをかけられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動する血液ポンプおよびガス交換器が、同じガス源と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス交換器がバルブを介して脈動する高圧ガスと接続していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動する血液ポンプの前記ガス出口が前記ガス交換器と接続していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脈動するポンプ駆動部の前記ガス出口が前記ガス交換器と接続していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
