Description
Claims (34)
- 部材を製造する方法であって、
形成される前記部材の内部寸法に対応するフォーマを製造するステップと、
前記フォーマの少なくとも1つの表面に第2の材料の層を設けるステップと、
前記フォーマを閉じ込め容器内に配置し、前記閉じ込め容器を第1の材料で満たすステップと、
前記閉じ込め容器を熱間静水圧圧縮成形にかけ、前記第2の材料を前記第1の材料に拡散させるステップとを含む、部材を製造する方法。 - 前記HIPプロセスの後に、前記フォーマを前記部材から取り外す、請求項1に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第1の材料及び/又は前記第2の材料が金属粉末である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第2の材料がセラミックである、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第2の材料が窒化ホウ素及びクロムを含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第2の材料を前記フォーマ上に、溶射、プラズマ溶射、水溶射、又は気相成長によって堆積させることができる、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第1の材料が、Sagitite(登録商標)などのニッケル合金である、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第2の材料がニッケルを含み、前記第1の材料がアルミニウムを含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第2の粉末を、前記部材の上部の1000μm〜2000μmにわたって拡散させる、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第2の粉末が、均質に結合された複数の構成部分を有する、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記第2の粉末が、層状の形で結合された複数の構成部分を有する、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 前記部材を製造する方法の前記HIPステップが、温度を所定の値まで上昇させ、次いで前記粉末の応力を解放するために、前記温度を前記所定の値に保持するステップを含む、請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載された部材を製造する方法。
- 第1の材料から形成され、且つ第2の材料を前記第1の材料に拡散させたことによって変化した表面構造を有する少なくとも1つの表面を有する部材であって、金属又は金属合金から製造された部材。
- 前記部材が、第1の材料から形成され、且つ第2の材料を前記第1の材料に拡散させたことによって変化した表面構造を有する少なくとも1つの表面を有する接触分解装置用の管である、請求項13に記載された部材。
- 前記管がHIPプロセスによって形成された、請求項14に記載された接触分解装置用の管。
- 螺旋状の伸開線をさらに備える、請求項14又は請求項15に記載された接触分解装置用の管。
- 前記第2の材料がホウ素を含む、請求項14から請求項16までのいずれか一項に記載された接触分解装置用の管。

- ある温度で複数の部品を鋼の外殻に導入するステップと、前記外殻を端部キャップで閉じるステップと、前記マッド・モータ又は前記キャビティ・ポンプを冷却させるステップとを含む、請求項26から請求項28までのいずれか一項に記載されたマッド・モータ又はプログレッシブ・キャビティ・ポンプを製造する方法。
- 前記部材が航空機用の着陸装置の脚部であり、前記脚部が、第1の材料から形成され、且つ第2の材料を前記第1の材料に拡散させたことによって変化した表面構造を有する少なくとも1つの表面を有する、請求項13に記載された部材。
- 前記第1の材料がチタン合金であり、前記第2の材料が二ホウ化チタンである、請求項30に記載された着陸装置の脚部。
- 前記チタン合金がTiAl6V4である、請求項31に記載された着陸装置の脚部。
- 前記脚部がHIPプロセスによって形成された、請求項30から請求項32までのいずれか一項に記載された着陸装置の脚部。
- 前記部材が押出し成形機に使用するためのダイスであり、前記ダイスが、第1の材料から形成され、且つ第2の材料を前記第1の材料に拡散させたことによって変化した表面構造を有する少なくとも1つの表面を有する、請求項13に記載された部材。
