図1及び図2の解決法で提案される注入方法には、多くの欠点が伴うことが分かった。とりわけ、前記方法は、尿素の完全な分解(図1のフェーズ3に関連する反応)及び、アンモニア(NH3[気体])と排気ガス(CO2[気体])との均一な混合を可能としない。不均一な混合は、不都合なことに、SCRシステムの効率を減少させる。

Claims (12)
- 燃焼エンジンによって発生した排気ガスであって、後処理システム(30)に向かう排気ガス流に対して、尿素ベースの還元剤を投与するための投与モジュール(1)であって、当該投与モジュール(1)は:
−軸(X)に沿って伸びる筐体(20)と;
−前記排気ガス流を前記投与筐体(20)に運ぶための注入開口部(9)と;
−前記尿素ベースの還元剤を投与するための投与手段(55)とを備え、
前記注入開口部(9)は、傾いた環状の注入ジェット(AJ)を発生させるために、環状であり且つ前記投与筐体(20)の前記軸(X)に対して傾いており、前記投与手段は、前記筐体(20)の内部に、尿素ベースの還元剤スプレー(UWS)を発生させるために設計されていることを特徴とする、投与モジュール(1)。 - 前記投与手段が、前記筐体(20)の前記軸(X)に対して同心の尿素ベースの還元剤スプレー(UWS)を発生させるように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の投与モジュール(1)。
- 前記投与手段がノズル(55)を備え、該ノズル(55)は、前記投与筐体(20)内に設置され、また、前記尿素ベースの還元剤のスプレー(UWS)の口の開いた円錐が、前記環状注入ジェット(AJ)の注入方向(Y)に入射するように設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の投与モジュール。
- 前記ノズル(55)の、前記注入開口部(9)に対する位置が、スプレーの円錐の開口角が、前記傾いた環状ジェット(AJ)の注入方向(Y)と前記筐体(20)の軸(X)とがなす角度(α)に面するようにする位置であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の投与モジュール(1)。
- 前記ノズル(55)の前記位置が、軸の位置にあることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の投与モジュール(1)。
- 前記傾いた環状ジェット(AJ)の前記注入方向(Y)が、前記モジュールの前記軸(X)に対して傾いており、その傾きの角度(α)が、30°から150°の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の投与モジュール(1)。
- 前記傾いた環状ジェット(AJ)の前記注入方向(Y)が、前記モジュールの前記軸(X)に対して傾いており、その傾きの角度(α)が、30°から90°の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の投与モジュール(1)。
- 前記投与手段の前記ノズル(55)が、尿素ベースの還元剤スプレーを発生させるように設計されており、該スプレーの有する、半円錐の開口角(β)が5°から40°の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項3乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の投与モジュール(1)。
- 前記筐体が円形の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の投与モジュール(1)。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の投与モジュール(1)を備える、車両の燃焼エンジンの排気ガスシステム(2)。
- 前記排気ガスシステム(2)が、前記投与モジュール(1)の下流に位置する混合装置(25)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の排気ガスシステム(2)。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の排気ガスシステム(2)を備える車両。
