Claims (4)
- ソルベントキャスティング工程による光学フィルム製造時にゲル状フィルムが形成されるようにポリマー溶液がキャスティングされるキャスティングベルトであって、
前記キャスティングベルト100は、長さ方向に沿って形成された溶接部がない状態で、長さ方向に沿って互いに隣り合うキャスティングベルト片110が互いに連結されるように、前記キャスティングベルト100の横方向に沿って形成され、前記互いに隣り合うキャスティングベルト片110を連結する横方向の溶接部111を含み、
前記横方向の溶接部111の厚さtwは、前記互いに隣り合うキャスティングベルト片それぞれの厚さをtbとする場合、9.95tb≦tw≦1.05tbであり、
前記横方向の溶接部111に形成されるピンホール(pin hole)のサイズ(size)は20〜50μmであり、深さは50μm以内であることを特徴とする超広幅フィルム製造用キャスティングベルト。 - 前記横方向の溶接部111の幅Wwは2mm以内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超広幅フィルム製造用キャスティングベルト。
- 前記横方向の溶接部111は前記キャスティングベルト100の横断面と20゜の角度をなすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超広幅フィルム製造用キャスティングベルト。
- 前記キャスティングベルト100の幅は2000mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超広幅フィルム製造用キャスティングベルト。
