Claims (20)
- 炭化水素坑井の探査及び作業で使用されるねじ結合(1)であって、
前記結合は第1管状部品と第2管状部品と含み、
前記第1管状部品はその外周面に配置されたねじ山領域(5)を含む雄型端部(3)を含み、
前記第2管状部品はその内周面に配置されたねじ山領域(4)を含む雌型端部(2)を含み、
前記雄型端部の前記ねじ山領域(5)は、前記雌型端部の前記ねじ山領域(4)の中につなぎ上げられ、
前記ねじ山領域(4、5)は各々雄及び雌のねじ山(40、50)を含み、
前記ねじ山(40、50)はルート(42、52)、クレスト(41、51)、スタビングフランク(44、54)及びロードフランク(43、53)を含み、
溝(45)が、前記ルート(42)に各々近接する前記雌型端部及び/又は雄型端部の、前記ねじ山領域(40)の前記ロードフランクに設けられ、
前記雄型端部のねじ山領域(50)の前記ロードフランクから及び/又は前記クレスト(51)に近接する前記雌型端部から、各々に軸方向に突出するボス(55)が設けられ、
前記ボス(55)は凸面(55b)及び凹面(55c)を含み、
前記ボス(55)は、結合状態で半径隙間が前記凹面と前記溝の間に位置し、かつ軸向隙間が前記ボス端部と前記溝底部の間に位置する状態で前記溝(45)に格納される、
ことを特徴とする、ねじ結合。 - 前記ボスは連続的である、請求項1記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ボスは不連続的である、請求項1記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ボス(55)の前記端部と前記溝(45)の前記底部の間の前記軸方向隙間は結合状態で0.011mm〜2mmの範囲である、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ボス(55)の前記凹面と前記溝(45)の間の前記半径隙間は結合状態で0.005mm〜2mmの範囲である、請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ねじ山は一定の軸方向寸法を有し、軸方向隙間は結合状態で前記雄及び雌のねじ山の前記スタビングフランク(44、54)の間に位置する、請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記スタビングフランク(44、54)の間の前記軸方向隙間は、結合状態で0.05mm〜1mmの範囲である、請求項6記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ねじ山の軸方向寸法は可変である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 半径隙間が結合状態で前記雄ねじ山の前記クレスト(51)と前記雌ねじ山の前記ルート(42)の間及び/又は前記雌ねじ山の前記クレスト(41)と前記雄ねじ山の前記ルート(52)の間に位置する、請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記雌型端部の前記ねじ山領域(4)の前記クレスト(41)と前記雄型端部の前記ねじ山領域(5)の前記ルート(52)の間の前記半径隙間及び/又は前記雄ねじ山の前記クレスト(51)と前記雌ねじ山の前記ルート(42)の間の前記半径隙間は、結合状態で0.05mm〜0.5mmの範囲、好ましくは0.2mm未満である、請求項9記載のねじ結合。
- 前記雄ねじ山の前記クレスト(51)と前記雌ねじ山の前記ルート(42)の間又は前記雌ねじ山の前記クレスト(41)と前記雄ねじ山の前記ルート(52)の間に結合状態で干渉が存在する、請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記雄型及び雌型端部の前記ねじ山領域の前記スタビングフランク(44)は、10°〜35°の範囲、好ましくは15°〜25°の範囲の角度で正に傾斜した直線部分を含む、請求項1〜11いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記雄型及び雌型の端部の前記ねじ山領域の前記ロードフランク(43)は、3°〜15°の角度、好ましくは3°〜5°の角度で負に傾斜した直線部分を含む、請求項1〜12いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ボス(55)の軸方向長は、0.1mm〜1mmの範囲、好ましくは0.2mm〜0.4mmの範囲である、請求項1〜13いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ボス(55)の前記軸方向長は、前記ボスの半径方向高の50〜150%の範囲、好ましくは80%〜120%の範囲である、請求項1〜14いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ボス(55)の前記半径方向高は、0.1mm〜1.5mmの範囲、好ましくは0.2mm〜0.5mmの範囲である、請求項1〜15いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記ボス(55)の前記半径方向高は、前記ねじ山の前記半径方向高の5%〜45%の範囲、好ましくは10%〜30%の範囲である、請求項1〜16いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記雌型(4)及び雄型(5)のねじ領域は多条ねじ、好ましくは2重ねじである、請求項1〜17いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記雄型端部及び/又は雌型端部の遠位面が、相当する隣接面に対して軸方向に隣接して接続する、請求項1〜18いずれか1項記載のねじ結合。
- 前記雄型及び雌型端部の各々は、金属/金属シールで互いに締め付けて協働するシール面を含む、請求項19記載のねじ結合。
