Claims (15)
- 第1の伝送技術を使用して少なくとも1つの基地局(BS、BS1、BS2)とのワイヤレス通信を実行するようになっている複数の移動局(MS1からMS3)を備えるセルラー・ネットワーク(1)における通信のための方法であって、
2つ以上の前記移動局(MS1、MS2)を備える協調クラスタ(C)を形成するステップと、
好ましくは、干渉の抑制と、キャンセルとのうちの少なくとも一方についてMIMO技法を使用することにより、特にアップリンク伝送のための送信プリコーディングと、ダウンリンク受信のための受信アンテナ重み付けとのうちの少なくとも一方を使用することにより、前記クラスタ(C)のうちの少なくとも1つの移動局(MS1、MS2)について、前記基地局(BS)との前記ワイヤレス通信の性能を改善するための、前記第1の伝送技術とは異なる第2の伝送技術を使用して前記協調クラスタ(C)の前記移動局(MS1、MS2)の間の短距離通信を実行するステップと
を備える方法。 - 前記短距離通信のための前記伝送技術は、ワイヤレス・ローカル・エリア・ネットワーク技術と、ブルートゥース技術と、超広帯域技術と、ワイヤ・ライン技術とから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記協調クラスタ(C)を形成するために、少なくとも1つの移動局(MS1)は、少なくとも1つのさらなる移動局(MS2)との協調を要求し、前記さらなる移動局(MS2)は、好ましくは、前記さらなる移動局(MS2)のユーザの承認もしくは不承認、前記さらなる移動局(MS2)のバッテリ状態、または前記さらなる移動局(MS2)の速度のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記要求を受け入れ、または拒絶する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記短距離通信は、前記クラスタ(C)の1つの移動局(MS1)をマスター局として、また前記クラスタ(C)の少なくとも1つのさらなる移動局(MS2)をスレーブ局として定義する協調プロトコルを使用して実行される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記短距離通信は、前記クラスタ(C)の少なくとも1つの移動局(MS2)から前記クラスタ(C)の少なくとも1つのさらなる移動局(MS1)へと、データと、チャネル状態情報と、アンテナ重みとのうちの少なくとも1つを送信するために実行され、前記データは、タイム・ドメインのIQサンプル、周波数ドメインのIQサンプル、ソフト・ビット、または復号されたデータの形態で送信されることが好ましい、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記クラスタ(C)の前記移動局(MS1、MS2)は、前記短距離通信を使用して、前記基地局(BS)との協調ワイヤレス通信を実行して、単一仮想移動局としての機能を果たす、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記クラスタ(C)の前記移動局(MS1からMS3)は、好ましくは時刻同期プロトコル、特に高精度時間プロトコル、PTPと、全地球測位システム、GPSと、前記第1および/または前記第2の伝送技術に固有の同期メカニズムとのうちの少なくとも1つを使用して時刻同期される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第1の伝送技術を使用してセルラー・ネットワーク(1)の少なくとも1つの基地局(BS、BS1、BS2)とのワイヤレス通信を実行するようになっており、またさらに、前記第1の伝送技術とは異なる第2の伝送技術を使用して移動局(MS1、MS2)の協調クラスタ(C)のうちの他の移動局(MS2)との短距離通信を実行するようになっている移動局(MS1)であって、前記短距離通信は、好ましくは、干渉の抑制と、キャンセルとのうちの少なくとも一方についてMIMO技法を使用することにより、特にアップリンク伝送のための送信プリコーディングと、ダウンリンク受信のための受信アンテナ重み付けとのうちの少なくとも一方を使用して、前記基地局(BS、BS1、BS2)との前記移動局(MS1)の前記ワイヤレス通信の性能を改善するために使用される、移動局(MS1)。
- 前記短距離通信のための前記伝送技術は、ワイヤレス・ローカル・エリア・ネットワーク技術と、ブルートゥース技術と、超広帯域技術と、ワイヤ・ライン技術とから成る群から選択される、請求項8に記載の移動局。
- 前記クラスタ(C)の少なくとも1つのさらなる移動局(MS2)へと/から、データと、チャネル状態情報と、アンテナ重みとのうちの少なくとも1つを送信する/受信するための前記短距離通信を実行するようになっており、前記データは、タイム・ドメインのIQサンプル、周波数ドメインのIQサンプル、ソフト・ビット、または復号されたデータの形態で送信されることが好ましい、請求項8または9に記載の移動局。
- 請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも2つの移動局(MS1、MS2)を備える、セルラー・ネットワーク(1)のための協調クラスタ(C)。
- 前記移動局(MS1、MS2)は、1つの移動局(MS1)をマスター局として、また少なくとも1つのさらなる移動局(MS2)をスレーブ局として定義する協調プロトコルを使用して短距離通信を実行するようになっている、請求項11に記載の協調クラスタ。
- 前記移動局(MS1、MS2)は、好ましくは時刻同期プロトコル、特に高精度時間プロトコル、PTPと、全地球測位システム、GPSと、前記第1および/または前記第2の伝送技術に固有の同期メカニズムとのうちの少なくとも1つを使用して、時刻同期される、請求項11または12に記載の協調クラスタ。
- 前記移動局(MS1、MS2)は、前記短距離通信を使用して、前記基地局(BS、BS1、BS2)との協調ワイヤレス通信を実行して、単一の仮想移動局としての機能を果たすようになっている、請求項11乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の協調クラスタ。
- 請求項11乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの協調クラスタ(C)を備える、セルラー・ネットワーク(1)。
