− 前記データベースからのデータを用いてポンプ圧力を瞬時に比較する機能;
− 異常な瞬間圧力値の場合に警告を発する機能。
Claims (7)
- ポンピング中に容積が変化する作業室(3)を備え,前記作業室(3)内に配置された圧力タップ(11)を備えることを特徴とする,液体のポンピング,特に吸引及び/又は排出を確実にできる自動分析システムのためのポンプ装置(1)。
- 前記圧力タップが,前記作業室(3)の壁(12)の全体又は一部を形成する圧力センサ(11)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 吸引及び/又は排出オリフィス(6)を備え,前記圧力タップ(11)が前記オリフィス(6)の近くに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記作業室(3)が円筒状で,前記作業室(3)内に摺動可能かつ密封可能に取り付けられたプランジャ(8)を備え,それにより,前記作業室(3)の容積が,前記作業室(3)内の前記プランジャ(8)の位置によって変化し,前記圧力タップ(11)が,前記プランジャ(8)に対向する,前記作業室(3)の一端に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記センサ(11)が,前記作業室(3)の端壁(12)である前記壁(12)を形成する膜(24)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記センサ(11)で測定される瞬間圧力と通常の圧力の状態とを比較するためのモニタ手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項記載の装置を備えることを特徴とする,特に血液の分析のための自動分析システム。
