Description
Claims (13)
- 薬剤の服用量を投与するための吸入器装置であって、薬剤を収容する区画を受け入れるための手段と、受け入れられた区画内に位置して、これにより前記区画からの薬剤の抽出を可能とするための薬剤抽出促進手段と、を備え、前記抽出促進手段は、(i)抽出された薬剤を前記吸入器の出口に差し向けるための、前記抽出促進手段を通って延びる第1流体通路と、(ii)使用時に、前記抽出促進手段によって穿孔された前記区画の密封材料を通して前記区画内に流体を差し向けるための第2流体通路を提供する手段と、を有する、吸入器装置。
- 前記抽出促進手段は、受け入れられた区画の密封材料を穿孔するための要素を備え、前記要素は、その中に前記第1流体通路が設けられた第1部分と、前記第2流体通路を提供する第2部分と、を有する、請求項1記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記第2部分は、使用時に、穿孔された密封材料を前記第1部分から離間させる、前記第1部分の横方向に延びる要素である、請求項2記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記第2部分は、前記第1部分から横方向に延び、そこに接続されている、請求項3記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記第2部分は、平らな部材である、請求項3又は4に記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記第2部分は、前記第2流体通路を、前記部分を通って延びる通路として提供する、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記第2部分は、使用時に、受け入れられた区画内に位置しているその反対側の端部から遠い側の端部に入口孔を有する、請求項6記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記薬剤抽出促進手段の抽出位置において、前記第2部分の前記入口孔が、前記区画の外部の穿孔された密封材料の一方の側に位置し、前記第2部分の前記反対側の端部が、前記区画の内部の前記穿孔された密封材料の他方の側に位置している、請求項7記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記第2部分は、前記反対側の端部に出口孔を有する、請求項7又は8に記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記第2部分は、前記第1部分に片持ち支持された少なくとも1つの穿孔部材を含む、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記穿孔要素は、区画の密封材料を穿孔するための隆起部を含み、前記穿孔する隆起部は、前記第1部分から前記第2部分に延びている、請求項2乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器装置。
- 前記穿孔する隆起部は、2つの表面の合流により形成される頂部である、請求項11記載の吸入器装置。
- 薬剤の複数の服用量を投与するための請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の吸入器装置であって、前記吸入器は、薬剤を収容する複数の区画を含む薬剤カートリッジを受け入れるための手段と、ユーザーによって第1及び第2方向に移動可能な操作手段と、を備え、前記薬剤抽出促進手段は、前記操作手段の前記第1方向への移動に応じて引込み位置から抽出位置へと移動可能であり、前記薬剤抽出促進手段の前記抽出位置は、ユーザーによる吸入時において前記カートリッジ区画からの薬剤の抽出を許容し、及び、前記引込み位置は、前記薬剤カートリッジの前進を許容し、前記薬剤カートリッジは、前記操作手段によって駆動されて、前記第2方向における前記操作手段の移動に応じて前記薬剤抽出促進手段に対して所定の位置へとカートリッジ区画を前進させる、吸入器装置。
