Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、表面あらさを有するセラミック本体を用意するための方法に関する。この方法は、セラミック基本本体の表面上にセラミック材料の粒子を配置するステップを有する。この方法は、少なくとも2つの粒子と、該粒子を結合する結合材とを含む別個の塊を前記セラミック基本本体に向けて射出することによって、セラミック基本本体の表面に前記塊が配置されることを特徴とする。

Description
それゆえ、好ましくは、グリーン本体および/またはブラウン本体に粒子を固着させるために結合材を被膜する。特許文献6に記載された技術の別の実施形態によれば、これらの粒子は、結合材とともに混合され、グリーン本体および/またはブラウン本体上に付加される。
特別の望ましい骨統合特性に基づいて、表面あらさは、さらに、次に続くエッチング、特にエッチング溶液が、特許文献5に記載された方法に従うフッ化水素酸を含むエッチングに適用することができる。特許文献5の開示内容は、参考としてここに包含される。
一般に、キャリアガスは、塊に対して、かつ、好ましくは、空気に対して、不活性である。キャリアガスの流れを使用することによって、固体粒子の塊は、本体に衝突したとき、その塊の変形が成し遂げられ、上述した高台を導くように、前記塊を加速させることができる。
上記に与えられた好ましい破壊荷重及び平均特定破壊強度値は、約80μmの直径を有する塊に特に適用する。
特に、PVAの量は、約0.1〜3.6重量パーセントの範囲であり、及びPEGの量は、約0.5〜4.0重量パーセントの範囲とすることができる。PEGに対するPVAの重量比は、一般的に、約7:1〜約1:40の範囲となり、好ましくは、PEGに対するPVAの重量比は、約1:1.4〜1:5の範囲となる。
特に、これらのパラメータは、塊の運動量が基本本体の表面上の塊の良好な固着を大いに高めるように選択でき、かつ表面上の損傷を十分低く抑えることができる。
(a)セラミック材料と結合材の複数の粒子を含むグリーン基本本体を形成し、前記セラミック材料と結合材は、塊のセラミック材料と結合材に対して、それぞれ互いに独立して異なりまたは同一となっており、
(b) ブラウン基本本体を前記グリーン基本本体から結合材を取り除くことによって形成し、
(c)前記ブラウン基本本体を焼結することによって、セラミック本体を形成する。
(d)熱後処理、特に、セラミック本体の熱間静水圧プレス(HIP)、一般的に、熱間静水圧プレスは、不活性加圧ガス内でセラミック本体の処理後、空気中で該本体を処理することを含んでいる。
(実施例)
上記したグレードTZ-3YSB-E(トーソー コーポレーション)のジルコニア粉末の約5gが、約110MPa(約34.5kN)のプレス力のプレス(ツビック ユニバーサルプリュフマシーネ)を用いて、複動式の粉末圧縮ツール(ポール オットー ウェーバー マシーネン ウント アパラテバウ ゲーエムベーハー;モデル20;サイズII、直径20mm)によって、約360Åの粒度サイズを有する結晶をプレスした。
結晶の粒度サイズに関して、約700Å(70nm)までより高い値を考えることができる。
(a) 1℃/min〜600℃の加熱速度で加熱し、そして、2時間600℃の温度を維持して、ブラウン本体を得る。
(b) 5℃/min〜1450℃の加熱速度で加熱し、そして、2時間1450℃の温度を維持して、十分焼結した(ホワイト)本体を得る。
(c) 1000℃まで10℃/minの冷却速度で冷却し、そして、1000℃から室温まで自然冷却する。
焼結後、サンプルは、約6.07g/cm3の密度を有する。
上述の実例に類比して、本発明の方法は、グリーン基本本体の代わりに、焼結した基本本体に向けて塊を射出することによって実行された。
これらの図面から明らかなように、本発明によれば、それぞれ滑らかな頂部と谷部を有する表面あらさが得られる。本発明は、参考文献6による尖ったエッジ構造と対照的である。
説明的に、この表面形状は、壁に向けて射出されるスノーボールの類推によって記載されている。
Claims (17)
- 表面あらさを有するセラミック本体を用意するための方法であって、該方法は、
セラミック基本本体の表面上にセラミック材料の複数の粒子を堆積するステップを含み、
別個の塊が、少なくとも2つの粒子と、該粒子と一緒に結合する結合材とを含んでおり、前記セラミック基本本体に向けて前記塊を射出することによって、前記塊が前記セラミック基本本体の表面上に堆積されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記塊は、キャリアガスの流れによって前記セラミック基本本体に向けて射出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塊は、前記セラミック基本本体に衝突するとき、変形し、その結果、前記塊と前記セラミック基本本体との接触面積が、衝突の間に増加することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 射出される前記塊の破壊荷重は、1〜7mNの範囲であり、好ましくは、2〜6mNの範囲であり、より好ましくは、3〜5mNの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 射出される塊の平均特定破壊強度は、0.4〜1.5MPaの範囲であり、好ましくは、0.5〜1.4MPaの範囲であり、より好ましくは、0.6〜1.3MPaの範囲であり、最良には、0.8〜1.2MPaの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記塊は、20μm〜100μm、好ましくは、50μm〜70μmの範囲の平均直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の前記セラミック材料は、前記セラミック基本本体のセラミック材料と同一であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記塊は、サンドブラスト装置によって前記基本本体に向けて射出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記塊は、さらに加圧用薬剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- a. セラミック材料の複数の粒子と結合材を含むグリーン基本本体を形成し、前記セラミック材料と前記結合材は、それぞれの塊のセラミック材料と結合材に、互いに独立して異なるかまたは同一であり、
b. 前記クリーン基本本体から前記結合材を取り除くことにより、ブラウン基本本体を形成し、
c. 前記セラミック本体を、前記ブラウン基本本体を焼結することによって形成する、各工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記塊は、グリーン基本本体の表面上に堆積していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記塊は、酸化イットリウム−安定化ジルコニアの粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項10または請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記塊の組成は、前記グリーン基本本体の組成と同一であることを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- さらに続いて、
(d)セラミック本体の熱的後処理の工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られるセラミック本体。
- インプラントとして請求項15に記載のセラミック本体の使用。
- インプラントが歯科用インプラントである請求項16に記載の使用。
