Abstract
Description
熱脱塩方法であって、
熱分離ユニットに供給溶液を導入すること、
熱分離ユニット中の供給溶液を蒸留して、蒸留ストリームと供給溶液よりも高い溶質濃度を有する残渣ストリームとを生成すること、
熱分離ユニットからの残渣ストリームの一部と、選択的な透過性を有する膜の一方の側面とを接触させること、
選択的な透過性を有する膜の反対側の側面と供給溶液の一部とを接触させ、直接浸透により選択的な透過性を有する膜を横切って水が流れることで残渣ストリームを希釈すること、および
希釈させた残渣ストリームの少なくとも一部を熱分離ユニットに導入すること
を含む熱脱塩方法である。

Claims (10)
- 熱脱塩方法であって、
熱分離ユニットに供給溶液を導入すること、
前記熱分離ユニット中の供給溶液を蒸留して、蒸留ストリームと前記供給溶液よりも高い溶質濃度を有する残渣ストリームとを生成すること、
前記熱分離ユニットからの前記残渣ストリームの一部と、選択的な透過性を有する膜の一方の側面とを接触させること、
前記選択的な透過性を有する膜の反対側の側面と前記供給溶液の一部とを接触させ、直接浸透により前記選択的な透過性を有する膜を横切って水が流れることで前記残渣ストリームを希釈すること、および
希釈させた前記残渣ストリームの少なくとも一部を前記熱分離ユニットに導入すること
を含む熱脱塩方法。 - 前記供給溶液が海水又は汽水である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱分離ユニットを多段フラッシュ蒸留装置、多重効用蒸留装置および蒸気圧縮蒸留装置から選択する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ブローダウンとして前記熱分離ユニットから前記残渣ストリームの一部を除去および処分することを更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記選択的な透過性を有する膜と接する前に前記供給溶液の一部を加熱することを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記選択的な透過性を有する膜と接する前に前記供給溶液の一部をスケール防止剤および/又は抗菌剤で処理する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記選択的な透過性を有する膜と接する前に前記残渣液の一部をスケール防止剤および/又は抗菌剤で処理する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記選択的な透過性を有する膜に導入する前に前記残渣液を処理して、粒状物、有機物又は他の物質を除去する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記選択的な透過性を有する膜に導入する前に前記供給溶液を処理して、粒状物、有機物又は他の物質を除去する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記選択的な透過性を有する膜が10〜40Åの平均孔サイズを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
