Description
本発明は、再活性化のために、詳細には生細胞を導入するためにヒトまたは動物に由来する無細胞有機組織を調製する方法に関する。該方法は、無細胞有機組織の表面に組織の内部に向かって伸びる複数の孔が備えられ、該複数の孔は1以上の針を用いて作成される段階を含む。
医療分野、より具体的には外科手術の分野において周知であるように、臓器の一部または臓器全体の取り替えに対する必要性の増加に応じるよう、生体に移植可能な組織を使用可能とすることがますます重要になってきている。

Claims (15)
- 再活性化のために、詳細には生細胞を導入するためにヒトまたは動物に由来する無細胞有機組織を調製する方法であって、該方法は、前記無細胞有機組織(2、12)に該組織の表面(8、18)を通過して作成されて前記組織(2、12)の内部に向かって伸びる複数の孔(4、14)が備えられ、該複数の孔(4、14)は1以上の針を用いて作成される段階を含み、前記孔(4、14)は、少なくとも部分的に交差するため、少なくとも部分的に互いに連通する孔(4、14)が形成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、該方法は前記孔(14)の少なくとも一部と連通するリザーバ空洞(20)が前記組織(12)に形成される段階も含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、前記孔および/またはリザーバ空洞は、電力源に接続された1以上の金属針によって作成され、該電力源は、前記針の先端に近接する有機組織の分子間結合を切断するのに十分なエネルギー量を提供するような強度および波形の電流の流れを各針の先端にもたらすことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法であって、前記電流は4MHzの波周波数の電圧によって決定され、印加される正弦波電圧波は歪んだ正弦波であるため、少なくとも第1、第2、および第3の高調波を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記孔(4、14)は少なくとも50μmの直径を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記リザーバ空洞(20)はほぼ円筒形状であり、最大で1mmの直径を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記孔(4、14)は種々の直径を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記リザーバ空洞(20)は種々の直径を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、該方法は、様々な材料が吸気装置を用いて前記孔(4、14)に導入され、前記材料は、好ましくは洗浄液、栄養液、および/または生細胞の中から選択される段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 再活性化のために、詳細には生細胞を導入するために調製されるヒトまたは動物に由来する無細胞有機組織(2、12)であって、該組織は針を用いて作成されて組織の表面(8、18)から該組織の内部に向かって伸びる穿刺である孔(4、14)を含み、前記孔(4、14)は少なくとも部分的に交差するため、該孔(4、14)は少なくとも部分的に互いに連通することを特徴とする無細胞有機組織。
- 請求項10に記載の無細胞有機組織であって、該組織は前記孔(4、14)の少なくとも1部と連通するリザーバ空洞(20)も含むことを特徴とする無細胞有機組織。
- 請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一項に記載の無細胞有機組織であって、前記孔(4、14)は少なくとも50μmの直径を有することを特徴とする無細胞有機組織。
- 請求項11または12に記載の無細胞有機組織であって、前記リザーバ空洞(20)はほぼ円筒形状であり、最大で1mmの直径を有することを特徴とする無細胞有機組織。
- 請求項10〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載の無細胞有機組織であって、前記孔(4、14)は種々の直径を有することを特徴とする無細胞有機組織。
- 請求項11〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載の無細胞有機組織であって、前記リザーバ空洞(20)は種々の直径を有することを特徴とする無細胞有機組織。
