Description

Claims (18)
- 対応する雌の楔形ねじを有するボックス部材と係合するよう構成された雄の楔形ねじを有するピン部材と、そして
該雌及び雄の楔形ねじの少なくとも1つに恒久的に接合された固体潤滑剤コーティングと、を具備する管状結合部。 - 該固体潤滑剤コーティングが、少なくとも2つの材料層を備える請求項1記載の管状結合部。
- 該材料層の少なくとも1つが、亜鉛粒子を有するエポキシ樹脂製の乾燥腐食抑制コーティングを備える請求項2記載の管状結合部。
- 該材料層の少なくとも1つが、乾燥潤滑剤コーティングを有する請求項2記載の管状結合部。
- 該材料層の少なくとも1つが、約15から35μmの間の厚さを有する請求項2記載の管状結合部。
- 該材料層の少なくとも1つが、約20から30μmの間の厚さを有する請求項2記載の管状結合部。
- 該材料層の少なくとも1つが、約10から20μmの間の厚さを有する請求項2記載の管状結合部。
- 該材料層の少なくとも1つが、無機バインダー内の二硫化モリブデン(MoS2)と他の固体潤滑剤の混合物から成る請求項2記載の管状結合部。
- 該固体潤滑剤コーティングの塗布の前に、該雌及び雄の楔形ねじの少なくとも1つに表面処理が適用される請求項1記載のねじパイプ結合部。
- 該表面処理が、研磨材吹き付け及び燐酸塩コーティングから成る表面処理のグループから選択される請求項9記載のねじパイプ結合部。
- 該固体潤滑剤コーティングが、約200℃から350℃の間の高い温度に耐えるよう構成される請求項1記載のねじパイプ結合部。
- 該雌及び雄の楔形ねじが、略ダブテイル型の断面を有する請求項1記載の管状結合部。
- 該雌及び雄の楔形ねじが、約2から6μmの間の平均面粗さを有する請求項1記載の管状結合部。
- 該固体潤滑剤コーティングが、中に固体潤滑剤の粒子の分散を有する乾燥腐食抑制コーティングを備える請求項1記載の管状結合部。
- ボックス部材上の雌の楔形ねじと、ピン部材上の雄の楔形ねじと、を加工する過程であって、該雌及び雄の楔形ねじが対応するよう構成される、加工する過程と、そして
該雌及び雄の楔形ねじの少なくとも1つの上に固体潤滑剤コーティングを恒久的に接合する過程と、を具備する楔形ねじを有する結合部の製造方法。 - 該恒久的に接合する過程が、該雌及び雄の楔形ねじの少なくとも1つの上に少なくとも2つの材料層コーティングを提供する過程を備える請求項15記載の方法。
- 該材料層コーティングの少なくとも1つを恒久的に接合する過程の前に、該雌及び雄の楔形ねじの少なくとも1つの上に約2から6μmの間の平均面粗さを提供する過程を更に具備する請求項15記載の方法。
- 研磨剤吹き付け及び燐酸塩コーティングから成るグループから選択された表面処理を使って、該雌及び雄の楔形ねじの少なくとも1つの上に約2から6μmの間の平均面粗さを提供する過程を更に具備する請求項17記載の方法。
