Abstract
Description
本発明の主な目的は、今日普通に見られる最も広い範囲に亙る環境および操作条件下において、優れた組み立て特性および腐蝕耐性を有するパイプに対するネジ山が切られた継ぎ手を作るのに適合した、ネジ山が切られた部分をもつ一定の長さのネジ付きのパイプ・セグメントにより上記の欠点を取り除き、本発明のパイプ・セグメントからつくられた継ぎ手を数回にわたり組み立てたり分解したりした後も最適の性能が保証されるようにすることである。
(a)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍においてパイプの金属の表面の粗さ(Ra)が2.0〜6.0μmの間の値をもつようにし、
(b)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍において金属の表面の上に乾燥腐蝕防止用被膜の第1の均一な層を取り付け、
(c)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍において腐蝕防止被膜の第1の均一な層の上に乾燥潤滑剤の被膜の第2の均一な層(8)を取り付ける工程を含んで成る方法によって克服される。
(a)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍においてパイプの金属の表面の粗さ(Ra)が2.0〜6.0μmの間の値をもつようにし、
(b)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍においてパイプの金属の表面の上に固体潤滑剤の粒子の分散物を含む乾燥腐蝕防止被膜の第1の均一な層を取り付ける工程を含んで成る方法によって克服される。
次に、添付図面を参照し本発明を限定しない好適具体化例により本発明のパイプを説明する。
Claims (16)
- 実質的に円筒形の壁を有する中央部分、および少なくとも一つのネジ山が切られた端の部分(3、4)を有する一定の長さをもった石油抽出工業用のパイプ・セグメント(1)であって、ネジ山が切られた端の部分(3、4)の少なくとも表面は表面の粗さ(Ra)が2.0〜6.0μmの範囲の値をもち、該表面は乾燥腐蝕防止被膜の第1の均一な層(7)によって覆われており、該第1の層(7)は乾燥潤滑剤被膜の第2の均一な層(8)で覆われていることを特徴とするパイプ・セグメント。
- 該第1の層(7)はZn粒子を含むエポキシ樹脂からつくられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- 該第1の層(7)は10〜20μmの範囲の厚さをもっていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- 該第2の層(8)は無機性の結合剤、および固体潤滑剤の粒子の混合物からつくられ、該粒子の1種は二硫化モリブデンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- 該第2の層(8)は10〜20μmの間の厚さをもっていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- 該ネジ山の切られた端の部分は円錐形または截頭円錐形の外被をもっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- 該ネジ山の切られた端の部分は円筒形の外被をもっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- 連結剤のオス部材としてパイプにネジ山が切られていることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- 連結剤のメス部材としてパイプにネジ山が切られていることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- 実質的に円筒形の壁を有する中央部分、および少なくとも一つのネジ山が切られた端の部分(3、4)を有する一定の長さをもった石油またはガス抽出工業用のパイプ・セグメント(1、2)であって、ネジ山が切られた端の部分(3、4)の少なくとも表面は表面の粗さ(Ra)が2.0〜6.0μmの範囲の値をもち、該表面は固体潤滑剤の粒子の分散物を含む乾燥腐蝕防止被膜の第1の均一な層(9)によって覆われていることを特徴とするパイプ・セグメント。
- 均一な層(9)は二硫化モリブデンの粒子の分散物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項10記載のパイプ・セグメント。
- それぞれオスのネジ山とメスのネジ山が取り付けられているオスおよびメスのネジ山が切られたパイプ部材からつくられた石油またはガス抽出工業用のネジ付きのパイプの継ぎ手であって、該パイプ部材の少なくとも一つは請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載された特徴を有するネジ山が切られた部分をもっているパイプの継ぎ手。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載された特徴をもつ石油抽出工業用の金属パイプのネジ山が切られた端の部分をつくる方法において、
(a)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍においてパイプの金属の表面の粗さ(Ra)が2.0〜6.0μmの間の値をもつようにし、
(b)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍において金属の表面の上に乾燥腐蝕防止用被膜の第1の均一な層(7)を取り付け、
(c)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍において腐蝕防止被膜の第1の均一な層(7)の上に乾燥潤滑剤の被膜の第2の均一な層(8)を取り付ける工程を含んで成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載された特徴をもつ石油またはガス抽出工業用の金属パイプのネジ山が切られた端の部分をつくる方法において、
(a)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍においてパイプの金属の表面の粗さ(Ra)が2.0〜6.0μmの間の値をもつようにし、
(b)ネジ山が切られた部分の少なくとも近傍においてパイプの金属の表面の上に固体潤滑剤の粒子の分散物を含む乾燥腐蝕防止被膜の第1の均一な層(9)を取り付ける工程を含んで成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 金属の表面の粗さ(Ra)は摩耗材の吹き付けによって達成されることを特徴とする請求項13または14記載の方法。
- 金属の表面の粗さ(Ra)は金属表面の上にフォスフェート層を沈積させることによって達成されることを特徴とする請求項13または14記載の方法。
