Abstract

Se revelan sistemas y métodos para la síntesis de micropartículas que contienen lubricante. También se revelan formas de realización de revestimientos compuestos de cobre y níquel que contienen cápsulas con núcleos de aceites lubricantes líquidos. En ciertas formas de realización, las microcápsulas se pueden incorporar en una solución de recubrimiento metálico para realizar electrodeposición compuesta para obtener revestimientos metálicos autolubricantes. En algunas formas de realización, se obtuvo coeficiente de fricción mucho menor (-0,8) y resistencia al desgaste mucho mejor con el material compuesto de cobre/microcápsulas.
