Description
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードチップと、少なくとも1つの制御装置とを備え、
各前記発光ダイオードチップは前記少なくとも1つの制御装置の1つに電気的に接続され、
各前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は、当該制御装置に接続されている各発光ダイオードについての輝度データが記憶されるデータ記憶装置を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記発光ダイオードチップについて記憶された輝度データに従って選択される電流によって、前記接続された発光ダイオードチップを駆動する、
ことを特徴とする、発光ダイオード。 - 各前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は、前記接続された発光ダイオードチップを駆動する定電流源を有する、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- 各前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は、当該制御装置に接続された前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードチップの1つが選択された安全動作温度を超えるときに、前記発光ダイオードのサーマルシャットダウンを行うサーマルセンサを有する、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- 各前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は、前記接続された発光ダイオードチップのための開回路および/または短絡検出装置を有する、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- 各前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は、前記接続された発光ダイオードチップのためのESD保護装置を有する、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- 各前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は前記接続された発光ダイオードチップのための温度補償回路を有し、前記温度補償回路は、前記発光ダイオードに供給される電流をその動作温度に従って調整する、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードチップのための支持部材をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は前記支持部材に組み込まれている、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードチップのための支持部材をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は前記支持部材である、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードチップは、前記少なくとも1つの制御装置の1つと直接接触している、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- 少なくとも3つの発光ダイオードチップと、全ての発光ダイオードチップのための1つの制御装置とを備え、前記発光ダイオードチップは、互いに異なる色の光を発する、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- それぞれが自身の制御装置を有する少なくとも3つの発光ダイオードチップを備え、前記発光ダイオードチップは、互いに異なる色の光を発する、請求項1記載の発光ダイオード。
- a)前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードチップの1つのための少なくとも1つの制御装置の1つのデータ入力端に電気的試験パルスを送るステップと、
b)前記試験パルスにより、発光ダイオードチップの発光光度を測定するステップと、
c)補正データを計算するステップであって、当該補正データの値が前記測定された光度と目標光度との差に比例する、ステップと、
d)前記補正データを前記データ記憶装置に記憶するステップと、
e)前記測定された光度が前記目標光度に一致するまで、前記ステップa)〜d)を繰り返すステップと、
f)すべての発光ダイオードチップについて、前記ステップa)〜e)を繰り返すステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の発光ダイオードの製造方法。 - 前記補正データは8ビットの補正データパルスである、請求項12記載の方法。
