Abstract
Description
バニリン、ペンタエリトリトール及び一般式(1):
(R)3N+−[CH2]n−CO2 - (1)
(ここで、基Rは同一であっても異なっていてもよく、1〜8個の炭素原子を有する直鎖状又は分岐鎖状アルキル基から選択され、nは1〜5の範囲の数である)
のベタインから選択される有効量の脱共役剤を水性系に加え又は前記水性系と接触させることを含む、前記方法に関する。
(CH3)3N+−CH2−CO2 - (2)
のグリシンと示されている。
・界面活性剤;
・消泡剤;
・スケール防止剤;
・腐蝕防止剤;
・殺生物剤、
・凝集剤;
・固体/水分離促進剤;及び
・分散剤。
・バニリンは0.5ppmで早くも有効性を示し、20ppmまで有効である。
・ペンタエリトリトールはスクリーニング試験において2〜20ppmの濃度範囲で20%付近の有意の脱共役ファクターで有効性を示す。
・グリシンベタインは、2〜8ppmの濃度範囲で最適有効性を示す。
Claims (13)
- 水性系中における細菌バイオマスの増大を制御する方法であって、
バニリン、ペンタエリトリトール及び一般式(1):
(R)3N+−[CH2]n−CO2 - (1)
(ここで、基Rは同一であっても異なっていてもよく、1〜8個の炭素原子を有する直鎖状又は分岐鎖状アルキル基から選択され、nは1〜5の範囲の数である)
のベタインから選択される有効量の脱共役剤を水性系に加え又は水性系と接触させることを含む、前記方法。 - 式(1)においてRがメチル基であり且つnが1であり、式(1)の物質がトリメチルグリシン、N−トリメチルグリシン、グリシンベタイン又はグリシンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が0.005〜5000mg/リットルの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が0.01〜1000mg/リットルの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が0.01〜300mg/リットルの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が0.05mg/リットル〜100mg/リットルの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が0.1mg/リットル〜10mg/リットルの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が0.5mg/リットル〜7.5mg/リットルの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が1mg/リットル〜5mg/リットルの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が水性系中の汚泥中に存在する(乾燥材料で表した)固体1g当たり0.1mg〜1000mgの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が水性系中の汚泥中に存在する固体1g当たり1mg〜500mgの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記脱共役剤の有効量が水性系中の汚泥中に存在する固体1g当たり5mg〜100mgの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記水性系が産業廃水又は都市廃水を処理するための廃水処理工場であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
