Claims (12)
- ポリウレタン風力タービン翼の製造方法であって、
風力タービン翼のための金型を、風力発電所においてまたは風力発電所の近くで形成する工程、
イソシアネートおよびイソシアネート反応性成分を、自動化反応射出成形(「RIM」)機により金型中へ射出する工程、
金型を閉じ、プレスしおよび加熱して、得られるポリウレタンを硬化する工程、および
翼を風力タービンへ取り付ける工程
を含む、方法。 - ポリウレタンを、放射線を用いて硬化する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成工程を、大規模高速試作により行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成工程を、付加的な自動化製作により行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成工程は、風力タービン翼の正の像を大規模高速試作により製作し、負の像を形成し、および高強度複合材料を注型または成形する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 高強度複合材料は、金属、セメントおよびポリマーの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン風力タービン翼の製造方法であって、
