Claims (12)
- 水域の波動から動力を生成する、具体的には電気エネルギーを生成することを目的とし、少なくとも1つの作動ユニットを備えており、この作動ユニットが、基本的に交互の直線運動を受けやすい制御要素の運動に応答して、単一方向に回転し、少なくとも1つの動力生成器を継続して作動させることを目的として設けられた歯車装置を含んでおり、前記制御要素が一方で水面に置かれた少なくとも1つの浮動体すなわちブイに接続され、一方で前記浮動体すなわちブイが波形をたどるようにする均衡させる/張力をかける部材に接続される装置であって、少なくとも1つの作動ユニットが、前記線形制御要素(15、15b)に係合されこれによって回転させられる駆動輪(13、14;13b)をしっかりと担持する少なくとも1本のメイン、すなわち駆動シャフト(11、12;11b)と、単一方向駆動機構(20、20b)を介して前記少なくとも1つのメインすなわち駆動シャフトによって作動され、少なくとも1つの動力生成器にそれぞれ接続することができる少なくとも2本の被駆動、すなわち伝達シャフト(21、22;21b、22b)とを備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 2つの作動ユニット(A、B)がそれぞれメインシャフト(11、12)と、該メインシャフトに結合された駆動輪(13、14)と、単一方向駆動機構(20)によって作動される少なくとも1つの歯付きの被駆動輪(18、19)と、該歯付きの被駆動輪からの運動を少なくとも1つの動力生成器(C)に伝達する被駆動シャフト(21)とを有することを特徴とし、
一方の作動ユニットの前記駆動輪(13、14)が、他方の平行な作動ユニットの駆動輪から離間され、半径方向に分離されており、
一方の作動ユニットの少なくとも1つの歯付きの被駆動輪(18、19)が、他方の平行な作動ユニットの対応する歯付きの被駆動輪とたえず噛み合っており、
前記制御要素(15)が前記2つの作動ユニットの前記駆動輪に対して延ばされることで、往復直線運動をする前記制御要素(15)の最初の方向の運動に応答してそれらを共に一方向に回転させ、往復直線運動をする前記制御要素(15)の第2の方向の運動に応答してそれらを共に反対方向に回転させ、
前記単一方向駆動機構(20)によって、前記制御要素(15)の運動方向とは別に各々の歯付きの被駆動輪(18、19)、およびこれに関連する前記被駆動シャフト(21)がたえず単一方向に回転することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記制御要素(15)が、遊び車を利用して両方の前記作動ユニットの前記駆動輪と係合し、前記制御要素が、前記駆動輪の対向する部分から延びる2本の分岐を有し、それらがそれぞれ波動をたどる前記浮動体と、前記制御要素の均衡させる/張力をかける部材に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 作動ユニット(10b)が、
前記制御要素(15b)によって係合される駆動輪(13b)を担持するメインシャフト(11b)と、
該メインシャフトの両端部にあり、そのそれぞれが、動力生成器に接続可能な各々の被駆動シャフト(21b、22b)に接続される2つの歯付きの被駆動輪(18b、19b)と、
各々の被駆動輪(18b、19b)を前記メインシャフト(11b)に接続することで、前記制御要素(15b)によって生じる前記メインシャフトの回転が、前記歯付きの被駆動輪(18b、19b)の回転に相当する単一方向駆動機構(20b)と、
前記歯付きの被駆動輪(18b、19b)と噛み合うクラウン歯車(50)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 各々の作動ユニットの前記駆動輪(13、14;13b)が歯付きの車輪または滑車であり、前記制御要素が歯付きベルト、鎖、ロープまたはケーブルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記単一方向駆動機構(20、20b)が、前記メインシャフト(11、12;11b)とそれに連結された各々の歯付きの被駆動輪(18、19;18b、19b)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記単一方向駆動機構が単一方向軸受またはフリーホイールであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 密閉されたクランクケースまたはケーシングの中に入れることができる、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 陸上に設置することを目的として設けられ、少なくとも1つの浮動体が水面から水中へと下降することで波動をたどり、前記制御要素の分岐に接続されるのに対して、前記制御要素の他方の分岐には井戸状のくぼみへと誘導される釣合おもりが固定される、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 水中に配置される浮動体に搭載して設置することで波動をたどることを目的として設けられ、前記制御要素の分岐が固定式のブロックに装着されるのに対して、前記制御要素の他方の分岐が均衡させる/張力をかける部材に接続される、請求項の1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 固定式のブロックに固定された一定の深さのブイに搭載されて設置することを目的として設けられ、前記線形制御要素の分岐が水面に配置され波動をたどる浮動体に接続されるのに対して、前記制御要素の他方の分岐の端部には均衡させる/張力をかける部材が接続される、請求項の1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 水中の固定式ブロックに設置することを目的として設けられ、前記制御要素の分岐が波動をたどる水面のケーシング本体接続されるのに対して、前記制御要素の他方の分岐が一定の深さの均衡させるブイに接続される、請求項の1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
