Abstract
Description
本願は、2009年8月28日に出願された英国特許出願第09 150 08.7号の優先権を主張するものであり、この出願の開示内容は、参照することによりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、歯科材料を分配するためのデバイス、特に、デバイスを制御するための制御回路に関する。
−歯科材料の少なくとも1つの成分を容器から押し出すためのプランジャーと、
−プランジャーと協働する第1のモーターと、
−第1のモーターに電力を供給して、プランジャーを前方に前進させて材料成分を押し出すよう適合されている第1の電気回路と、
−第1のモーターに電力を供給して、プランジャーを材料から後方に後退させるよう適合されている第2の電気回路と、
−第1の電気回路又は第2の電気回路を交互に選択して、モーターに電力を供給するよう適合されているセレクタースイッと、
−第1の電気回路内に配置され、プランジャーが前方位置に配置された際、第1の電気回路を遮断するよう適合されている第1のスイッチと、
−第2の電気回路内に配置され、プランジャーが後方位置に配置された際、第2の電気回路を遮断するよう適合されている第2のスイッチと、を備える。
Claims (15)
- 歯科材料を分配するためのデバイスであって、
−前記歯科材料の少なくとも1つの成分を容器から押し出すためのプランジャーと、
−前記プランジャーと協働する第1のモーターと、
−前記第1のモーターに電力を供給して、前記プランジャーを前方に前進させて前記材料成分を押し出すよう適合されている第1の電気回路と、
−前記第1のモーターに電力を供給して、前記プランジャーを前記材料から後方に後退させるよう適合されている第2の電気回路と、
−前記第1の電気回路又は前記第2の電気回路を交互に選択して、前記モーターに電力を供給するよう適合されているセレクタースイッチと、
−前記第1の電気回路内に配置され、前記プランジャーが前方位置に配置された際、前記第1の電気回路を遮断するよう適合されている第1のスイッチと、
−前記第2の電気回路内に配置され、前記プランジャーが後方位置に配置された際、前記第2の電気回路を遮断するよう適合されている第2のスイッチと、を備えるデバイス。 - 前記セレクタースイッチが、自動的にリセットされて前記第2の電気回路を選択するよう適合されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記セレクタースイッチが、前記第1の電気回路内の遮断部を閉鎖すると共に、前記第2の電気回路を遮断することによって前記第1の電気回路を選択するよう適合され、また前記セレクタースイッチが、前記第2の電気回路内の遮断部を閉鎖すると共に、前記第1の電気回路を遮断することによって前記第2の電気回路を選択するよう適合されている、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記セレクタースイッチが、少なくとも2つの二極(DP)スイッチを有する双極双投(DPDT)スイッチを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1のスイッチ又は前記第2のスイッチが、機械的スイッチを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記前方位置が、前記デバイス内の予め決められた絶対位置である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記後方位置が、可変の出発位置からの予め決められた相対的な位置であり、前記可変の出発位置から前記プランジャーが後退される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- ピストンを更に有し、前記ピストン及び前記プランジャーが、軸線上を前記プランジャーが前進又は後退される前記軸線に沿って、第1の位置的限界と第2の位置的限界との間で互いに対して可動であり、前記デバイスが更に、前記第2のスイッチが前記第2の位置的限界にて駆動されて閉鎖するよう適合されている、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- ミキサーを駆動して前記歯科材料を混合するための第2のモーターを更に有し、前記第2のモーターと前記第1のモーターとが前記第1の回路内で並列接続され、前記第2のモーターが前記第2の回路内でショートカットされている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2のスイッチに対して並列接続されている第3のスイッチを更に含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第3のスイッチに対して直列接続されている第4のスイッチを更に含み、直列の前記第3のスイッチと第4のスイッチとが前記第2のスイッチに対して並列接続されている、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 第1の電源を更に含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の電気回路が前記第1のモーターに関して前記第1の電源の第1の極性を提供し、前記第2の電気回路が前記第1のモーターに関して前記第1の電源の第2の逆転した極性を提供する、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の電気回路が、前記第1の電気回路内で切り離されている第2の電源を含む、請求項12又は13に記載のデバイス。
- 歯科材料の成分を収容する少なくとも2つの容器と、前記成分を混合するためのミキサーとを更に備え、前記デバイスが、前記セレクタースイッチを操作するための押しボタンを更に有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
