Abstract
Description
−組織のアブレーションを行うのに適したアブレーションエンティティ、
−潅注孔、及び
−超音波を送信及び/又は受信するのに適した超音波トランスデューサ
を有し、ここで超音波トランスデューサは、潅注流体が潅注孔から流れ出ることを可能にするため、並びに潅注孔を介して超音波を送信及び/又は受信することを可能にするために、カテーテルの潅注孔の後ろ又はその中に置かれる。
−組織の開ループ型の潅注アブレーションに適した、遠位端を有するカテーテルを供給するステップ、
−前記遠位端に含まれるアブレーションエンティティを用いて組織のアブレーションを行うステップ、
−潅注孔を供給するステップ、並びに
−超音波トランスデューサを用いて超音波を送信及び/又は受信するステップ、
を有し、前記超音波トランスデューサは、潅注流体が前記潅注孔から流れ出ることを可能にするため、並びに前記潅注孔を介して超音波を送信及び/又は受信することを可能にするために、前記カテーテルの潅注孔の後ろ又はその中に置かれる。
−組織の開ループ型の潅注アブレーションに適した、遠位端を有するカテーテルを供給するステップS1、
−前記遠位端に含まれるアブレーションエンティティを用いて組織のアブレーションを行うステップS2、
−潅注孔を供給するステップS3、並びに
−超音波トランスデューサを用いて超音波を送信及び/又は受信するステップS4
を有し、超音波トランスデューサは、潅注流体が前記潅注孔から流れ出ることを可能にするため、並びに前記潅注孔を介して超音波を送信及び/又は受信することを可能にするために、カテーテルの潅注孔の後ろ又はその中に置かれる。
Claims (15)
- 組織の開ループ型の潅注アブレーションに適した、遠位端を有するカテーテルにおいて、前記遠位端は、
−前記組織のアブレーションを行うのに適したアブレーションエンティティ、
−潅注孔、及び
−超音波を送信及び/又は受信するのに適した超音波トランスデューサ
有し、前記超音波トランスデューサは、潅注流体が前記潅注孔から流れ出ることを可能にするため、並びに前記潅注孔を介して前記超音波を送信及び/又は受信することを可能にするために、前記カテーテルの潅注孔の後ろ又はその中に置かれる、カテーテル。 - 前記遠位端は複数の潅注孔を有する請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位端は複数の超音波トランスデューサを有する請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 少なくとも、前記複数の超音波トランスデューサのサブセットは個々にアドレッシング可能である請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサの数は、前記潅注孔の数に等しい又はそれよりも少ない、請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
- 各々の超音波トランスデューサは、1つの対応する潅注孔の後ろ又はその中に置かれる請求項2及び3に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記潅注孔の直径は、前記超音波トランスデューサの直径よりも大きい請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記複数の超音波トランスデューサは、共通の超音波バッキング材料を具備する請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記アブレーションエンティティは、1つ以上の潅注孔を包囲している前記遠位端上の領域を規定する請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位端は、複数のアブレーションエンティティを有し、好ましくは、少なくとも前記複数のアブレーションエンティティのサブセットは個々にアドレッシング可能である請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記アブレーションエンティティは、前記潅注孔を同心円状に取り囲んでいる導電性材料のリングである、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記アブレーションエンティティの数は、前記潅注孔の数に等しい又はそれより少なく、各々アブレーションエンティティは、1つの潅注孔を同心円状に取り囲んでいる導電性材料のリングである、請求項10に記載のカテーテル。
- 1つ以上の超音波トランスデューサは、前記カテーテル内を変位可能である請求項1又は3に記載のカテーテル。
- アブレーションを行うためのシステムにおいて、
−制御可能なエネルギー源、
−前記エネルギー源に結合される、遠位端に請求項1に記載のカテーテルを持つサンプルアーム、並びに
−前記エネルギー源及び前記サンプルアームに結合される撮像又は監視装置
を有するシステム。 - アブレーションを行うための方法であり、前記方法は、
−組織の開ループ型の潅注アブレーションに適した、遠位端を有するカテーテルを供給するステップS1、
−前記遠位端に含まれるアブレーションエンティティを用いて前記組織のアブレーションを行うステップS2、
−潅注孔を供給するステップS3、並びに
−超音波トランスデューサを用いて超音波を送信及び/又は受信するステップS4
を有し、前記超音波トランスデューサは、潅注流体が前記潅注孔から流れ出ることを可能にするため、並びに前記潅注孔を介して前記超音波を送信及び/又は受信することを可能にするために、前記カテーテルの前記潅注孔の後ろ又はその中に置かれる、方法。
