Claims (1)
- 撮像領域の周りを回転している間に、X線放射線のX線ビームを放射するためのX線源、並びに前記X線源により放射され、前記撮像領域を通過したX線放射線を検出する、及び検出信号を出力するための複数の検出器セルを有するX線検出器を有するX線検査装置をコンピュータに制御させるためのプログラムコード手段を有するコンピュータプログラムであり、前記X線検査装置を制御して
検出間隔の間に前記X線束を調整し、前記検出間隔の最初に、直接のX線ビームにおける前記X線検出器の飽和を避けるX線束レベルから始まり、その後前記X線束を増大させ、
前記検出信号を評価し、当該評価は、
i)検出間隔の間に、既定の検出器セル及び/又は検出器セルの集合において飽和を検出するステップ、
ii)前記検出間隔の残りの時間に、飽和した検出器セル又は検出セルの集合においてX線放射線の検出を停止するステップ、及び
iii)その間にX線放射線が飽和することなく検出された前記時間間隔の実効時間の部分を示す時間情報を得るステップ
を有し、並びに
前記検出信号に基づいてX線画像を再構成し、飽和によって検出間隔の間に、X線放射線の検出を停止した検出器セル及び/又は検出器セルの集合の検出信号は、前記時間情報を用いて訂正される、
ように命令するプログラムコードを有するコンピュータプログラム。
