Description

The present invention relates to an illumination device, and more particularly to an illumination device using a light emitting diode as a light source.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a conventional example of a lighting device using a light emitting diode. This illuminating device includes a translucent outer tube 11 having both ends of a smaller diameter, and both ends of the outer tube 11 are inserted into both ends of the small diameter, and protrudes inwardly from the inner surface thereof. An attachment member 12 made of tubular rubber having a plurality of ribs 121 extending in the length direction of the tube 11, and an attachment fitted into the outer end of each attachment member 12 so as to close the openings at both ends of the outer tube 11. A plate 13, a light emitting unit 14 provided inside the outer tube 11, and a light emission control module 15 that is fitted inside each mounting member 12 and controls light emission of the light emitting unit 14 are provided.

The light emitting unit 14 includes a heat radiating tube (not shown) extending along the length direction of the outer tube 11, a circuit board 141 provided so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the heat radiating tube, and the circuit board 141. A plurality of light emitting means 142 are provided.

The light emission control module 15 includes first and second light emission control circuit boards 151 and 152 provided at intervals in the length direction of the outer tube 11 and at least one electron provided therebetween. It has an element 153 and a conductive member 154 soldered to each of the first and second light emission control circuit boards 151 and 152, and the conductive member 154 is made of metal and elongated.

In such an illumination device, the light emission control module 15 is held in the outer tube 11 at both ends of the outer tube 11 having a smaller diameter, and the light emission unit 14 is held by the light emission control module 15. Since the attachment member 12 made of rubber is interposed between the both end portions and the corresponding light emission control modules 15, the vibration applied to the lighting device is absorbed by the flexibility of the rubber, and the light emission control modules 15 to 15 emit light. The unit 14 can be protected from vibration. However, since the mounting member 12 made of rubber is easy to bend, it is wrapped in a cushioning material in order to protect it from impacts, for example, in the process of conveyance. When applied, one end located inside the mounting member 12, that is, one end extending in the direction of the center of the outer tube 11 from both ends of the smaller diameter of the outer tube 11 bends suddenly, and the second light emitting control module 15 has the second end. The light emission control circuit board 152 may be shaken and deformed. Further, when the light emission control circuit board is deformed, a load is applied to a portion where the light emitting control circuit board is bonded to the conductive member 154, and the bonding is removed. As a result, these cause troubles in the light emission control of the light emitting unit 14.

In each of the following patent documents, lighting devices using light emitting diodes are also disclosed, but none of them is intended to provide special protection for the light emission control module. For example, an impact may be applied during transportation. Then, similarly, malfunction of the lighting device is likely to occur due to deformation of the light emission control circuit board and poor contact of the conductive member.

The present invention has been proposed to solve the above-described problems. Particularly, the light-emitting unit such as the light-emission control module is controlled and the mechanism that holds the light-emitting unit is appropriately protected. However, an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device that does not easily cause malfunction.

An outer tube that is formed in a tubular shape so as to define an accommodation space therein, and has a pair of end tube portions extending from the both ends of the main tube portion and the main tube portion to a smaller diameter,
A pair of hard tubes, which are respectively installed in the accommodation space at both ends of the outer tube, and at least a part of the outer surface thereof is in close contact with one inner surface corresponding to the outer surface of the end tube portion Sleeve tube,
Each of the outer pipes has a peripheral wall formed in a tubular shape so that a mounting space is defined inside the outer pipe, and the peripheral wall corresponds to one of the pair of sleeve pipes. A pair of soft mounting members tightly fitted inside;
A radiator pipe installed between the pair of attachment members in the accommodation space;
There is provided a lighting device comprising: a circuit board provided on an outer surface of the heat radiating tube; and a light emitting unit having a plurality of light emitting means provided on the circuit board.

The outer tube may be made of glass, and the sleeve tube may be made of a material selected from the group consisting of glass, plastic and ceramic.

The light emission control module further includes a light emission control module connected to the circuit board at both ends of the heat radiating tube, and the light emission control module is tightly fitted in the attachment space of the attachment member. It is preferable that AC power input from the outside can be converted to DC power and supplied to the light emitting means.

The mounting member is preferably made of rubber and has at least one rib projecting from the peripheral wall toward the mounting space so as to contact the light emission control module.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the light emission control module has two light emission control circuit boards that are spaced apart from each other and a conductive member that electrically connects the light emission control circuit boards.

According to the above-described configuration, the lighting device of the present invention includes only a soft mounting member between both ends of the outer tube having a smaller diameter and the mechanism holding the heat radiating tube and the light emitting unit in the both ends. In addition, since the hard sleeve tube is interposed so as to cover from the periphery to the ends extending from the both ends of the small diameter of the mounting member, the ends extending from the both ends of the small diameter of the soft mounting member are hard. This is maintained by the sleeve tube, so that it is difficult to bend even if a large impact is applied to the lighting device.

It is a perspective view which shows preferable embodiment of the illuminating device based on this invention. It is the elements on larger scale which show preferable embodiment of the illuminating device which concerns on this invention. It is sectional drawing which shows preferable embodiment of the illuminating device based on this invention. It is sectional drawing which shows the conventional example in the illuminating device using a light emitting diode.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1, 2, and 3 show a preferred embodiment of a lighting device according to the present invention. The lighting device has a generally tubular outer tube 2 and a pair of sleeve tubes 3 provided inside the outer tube 2. A pair of mounting units 4 provided inside the pair of sleeve tubes 3, a heat radiating tube 5 provided between the pair of mounting units 4, and a light emitting unit 6 provided around the heat radiating tube 5. It has.

The outer tube 2 is formed in a tubular shape with openings at both ends so that the accommodation space 20 is defined therein, and extends from the main tube portion 21 and the lengthwise ends of the main tube portion 21 respectively. That is, it has a pair of end pipe part 22 extended | stretched to the small diameter. The outer tube 2 is made of a light-transmitting material, and glass is used in the present embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and another light-transmitting material may be used.

The sleeve tube 3 is formed in a hard and tubular shape, and is disposed in the accommodating space 20 so as to be located inside both ends of the outer tube 2. Further, the sleeve tube 3 is formed longer than the end tube portion 22 of the outer tube 2, and at least a part of the outer surface (specifically, a portion close to both ends) is the end tube of the corresponding outer tube 2. It is in close contact with one inner surface of the portion 22. In other words, the sleeve tube 3 is closely fitted to the end tube portion 22 of the outer tube 2 at the portion close to the outside, and the portion close to the inside is surrounded by the main tube portion 21 of the outer tube 2 with a space therebetween. (See FIG. 3). Further, the material constituting the sleeve tube 3 may be selected from the group consisting of glass, plastic and ceramic, and in this embodiment, glass excellent in heat dissipation effect is used. In addition, when using a plastic, it is good to use a hard plastic.

The attachment unit 4 includes a tubular attachment member 41 provided so as to be almost entirely inserted into the sleeve tube 3 at both ends of the outer tube 2, and each attachment member 41 so as to close both end openings of the outer tube 2. And a disk-shaped mounting plate 42 fitted into the outer end.

The attachment member 41 is made of a soft and elastic rubber in the present embodiment, and is formed in a tubular shape so that the attachment space 410 is defined inside thereof, and the peripheral wall is closely fitted in the sleeve tube 3. 411, a flange portion 412 formed so as to be larger in diameter from the outer end of the peripheral wall 411 than the end tube portion 22 of the outer tube 2, and from the peripheral wall 411 toward the mounting space 410, that is, toward the inside. It has a plurality of ribs 413 protruding and extending in the tubular length direction of the mounting member 41. Note that only one rib 413 may be provided.

The mounting plate 42 is made of ceramic and is fitted in the flange portion 412.

The heat radiating pipe 5 is installed between the pair of mounting members 41 in the housing space 20 of the outer pipe 2. The heat radiating tube 5 in the present embodiment is a hollow tubular body formed so as to exhibit a hexagonal shape in a cross-sectional view, and has a heat radiating space 50 therein so that heat generated in the light emitting unit 6 can be dissipated. .

The light emitting unit 6 includes a circuit board 61 provided so as to cover the outer surface of the heat radiating tube 5, a plurality of light emitting means 62 provided on the circuit board 61, and a pair of light emission controls for controlling light emission of the light emitting means 62. A module 63 and a pair of power supply terminals 64 are provided.

The circuit board 61 is not limited to this, but in the present embodiment, a flexible printed board is used, and although not shown, the installation position and wiring of the light emitting means 62 are printed. Further, the heat radiating tube 5 is bent into a tubular shape so as to wrap, and both ends thereof are fastened with fasteners 611. Accordingly, since the circuit board 61 is in close contact with the outer surface of the heat radiating tube 5, the heat generated in the circuit board 61 during the lighting device can be radiated through the heat radiating tube 5. It should be noted that other methods may be used for fastening the circuit board 61 into a tubular shape, for example, soldering may be used.

The light emitting means 62 uses a light emitting diode in this embodiment, and is installed over the entire surface of the circuit board 61 bent in a tubular shape so as to widen the illumination angle of the lighting device. The installation position is not limited in the present invention. The heat generated by the light emitting means 62 during light emission can be dissipated into the heat radiation space 50 via the circuit board 61 and the heat radiation pipe 5.

The light emission control module 63 is provided at both ends of the heat radiating tube 5 in the present embodiment, and has two light emitting elements spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction of the heat radiating tube 5. It has a control circuit board 631, at least one electronic element 632 provided between each light emission control circuit board 631, and a conductive member 633 electrically connecting each light emission control circuit board 631.

Each of the light emission control circuit boards 631 is formed in a disc shape, and the mounting space 410 of the mounting member 41 is positioned such that one of the light emission control circuit boards 631 is located in the end tube portion 22 and the other is located in the main tube portion 21. In FIG. 6, the fitting space 410 is tightly fitted by being in contact with the plurality of ribs 413. The attachment member 41 is made of rubber as described above, and the ribs 413 are also elastic, so that the light emission control circuit boards 631 can be fixed to be elastically pressed.

The electronic element 632 is, for example, an inductor or a resistor.

The conductive member 633 is made of metal and elongated, and is connected to each light emission control circuit board 631 by soldering, and can transmit an electric signal of each light emission control circuit board 631.

Further, the light emission control module 63 further converts other AC elements that are input from the outside via the power supply terminal 64 into a DC power supply and supplies them to the light emitting means 62 or controls the blinking of the light emitting means 62. Each circuit has a line and is electrically connected to the circuit board 61. In this embodiment, soldering is used as this connection method, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a connection may be made using a connector or a jumper wire.

Each of the power terminals 64 is electrically connected to the light emission control module 63, and has two pins 641 that protrude outward through the mounting plate 42 of the mounting unit 4. When these pins 641 are connected to a socket (not shown) of the lighting device and connected to an AC external power supply, the current is converted into a DC power supply through the light emission control module 63 and further supplied to the light emitting means 62. The

The main improvement of the present invention is that the sleeve tube 3 is disposed between the outer tube 2 and the mounting member 41, so that not only the portion of the mounting member 41 that is wrapped by the end tube portion 22 of the outer tube 2, The portion that protrudes into the main pipe portion 21 and is not in direct contact with the outer tube 2 is also wrapped in the hard sleeve tube 3, that is, the soft mounting member 41 is wrapped over the entire length by the hard sleeve tube 3. Therefore, the mounting member 41 is prevented from being bent even when a strong impact is applied in the process of transporting the lighting device, for example.

As described above, according to the lighting device according to the present invention, the mounting member 41 is not deformed even when subjected to a strong impact. Therefore, the light emission control module 63 disposed inside the mounting member 41 is also protected. In particular, one of the circuit boards 631 positioned in the main pipe portion 21 is pressed and deformed or displaced by the bent mounting member 41, or the conductive member 633 is deformed or displaced due to deformation or misalignment of the light emission control circuit board 631. The conventional problem that the soldered part falls off due to pulling is solved.
Note that the sleeve tube 3 in the present embodiment is formed to have a length that allows the attachment members 41 to be inserted into both ends of the outer tube 2, and is as long as the outer tube 2. It should be noted that it does not have a thickness. As a result, the lighting device according to the present invention significantly enhances the protection of the light emission control module 63 without substantially increasing the weight or manufacturing cost.
