Abstract
【解決手段】希土類系超伝導線材11を丸棒1に巻き付けて曲げ、希土類系超伝導線材11の希土類系超伝導層に引っ張り応力または圧縮応力をかけた状態で、酸素アニールを行う。または、希土類系超伝導線材11を引っ張った状態で熱処理してもよい。希土類系超伝導線材11は、希土類系超伝導層がRE123超伝導体から成るテープ線材であることが好ましい。

11 希土類系超伝導線材
Claims (4)
- 希土類系超伝導線材の希土類系超伝導層に、引っ張り応力または圧縮応力をかけた状態で熱処理することを特徴とする希土類系超伝導線材の特性制御方法。
- 前記熱処理は、酸素アニールであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の希土類系超伝導線材の特性制御方法。
- 前記希土類系超伝導線材を曲げた状態で熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の希土類系超伝導線材の特性制御方法。
- 前記希土類系超伝導線材は、前記希土類系超伝導層がRE123超伝導体から成るテープ線材であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の希土類系超伝導線材の特性制御方法。
