Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat source device that supplies heat by heating a heat medium such as hot water.
Like a water heater that heats hot water and hot water circulation type heating equipment, it has a combustion device such as a burner and a heat exchanger inside the housing, and a heat medium such as hot water is supplied for the purpose of hot water supply and heating. Heat source machines for heating are widely known. In such a heat source machine, the amount of hot water and the temperature required by the user frequently change. Therefore, in the combustion device built in the heat source machine, the combustion amount is changed in accordance with changes in the hot water supply amount, the hot water supply temperature, and the like.

By the way, in recent years, a heat source machine that can be installed in a narrow installation place (for example, a pipe shaft of a condominium or the like) has been desired from the market, and a heat source machine that has been downsized to meet such a demand has been developed. And as a heat exchanger employ | adopted with such a heat source machine, there exists a small-sized heat exchanger which provided the flowing water pipe | tube in the single stage. When such a small heat exchanger is employed, the manufacturing cost of the heat exchanger can be suppressed, so that the heat source device can be provided at low cost.
This small heat exchanger will be specifically described.
A heat exchanger called a fin-and-tube type is generally a canister having a substantially rectangular tube shape whose upper and lower parts are open, and the outer wall portion of the can body and meandering inside and outside the can body. It is comprised by the flowing water pipe extended and the fin integrally attached to the flowing water pipe.
Here, a general heat exchanger is usually provided with a plurality of flowing water pipes. That is, the water pipe extending meandering from one side in the horizontal direction to the other side (in the direction of arrow A1 in FIG. 8A) is folded up and down at the other end, and from the other side in the horizontal direction to the one side (see FIG. 8 (a) in the direction of arrow A2).
On the other hand, in the small heat exchanger described above, the flowing water pipe is meanderingly extended from one side in the horizontal direction to the other side (in the direction of arrow A1 in FIG. 8B), and directly to the outside of the can body. It has a structure that extends.
That is, the above-described small heat exchanger can be reduced in height by providing the flowing water pipes in a single stage (one stage) as compared with those provided in a plurality of stages. For this reason, even if the housing of the heat source machine is small, there is an advantage that the housing in the housing is easy.
However, in the heat source apparatus employing such a small heat exchanger, when the above-described combustion amount switching operation is performed, the amount of combustion is temporarily excessive, so that hot water much hotter than the target temperature is discharged. In some cases, so-called overshoot occurs. This will be described more specifically below.
Here, a heat exchanger having a single-stage flowing water pipe meandering from the right side to the left side in the horizontal direction is adopted, and the area where the burner is arranged is divided into three parts: a right side part, a central part, and a left side part. In the heat source machine divided into two, the case where the combustion amount is changed by switching the region where the combustion operation is actually performed will be described as an example. More specifically, the combustion operation can be performed individually in each of the right side portion, the central portion, and the left side portion, and the right side of each of the upstream side, the midstream side, and the downstream side of the heat exchanger. A case where the amount of combustion is changed by a heat source machine corresponding to the part, the center part, and the left part will be described as an example.
In such a heat source machine, when switching from the state where the combustion operation is performed at the center and the right side to the state where the combustion operation is performed at the center and the left side, the upstream side (right side) of the water pipe is switched before the switching operation. The flowing hot water will flow downstream (left side) of the water pipe after the switching operation. Then, after the hot water is heated on the upstream side (right side) of the water pipe, it is heated on the middle stream side (center side) and further on the downstream side (left side). And if hot water is heated in this way, the hot water discharged will be hotter than desired temperature.
That is, in the state before the switching operation, it is heated greatly on the upstream side and the middle stream side, and is not heated greatly when passing water downstream. Therefore, in the state before the switching operation, the hot water is heated to a predetermined temperature only by being heated greatly on the upstream side and the middle stream side.
On the other hand, at the stable time after the switching operation, the middle stream side and the downstream side are heated greatly, and the upstream side is not heated greatly when passing water. Therefore, in the state after the switching operation, the hot water is heated to a predetermined temperature only by being largely heated on the middle stream side and the downstream side.
However, immediately after the switching operation, the hot water already heated greatly on the upstream side and the midstream side in the state before the switching operation is also heated greatly on the downstream side. As a result, hot water that has been greatly heated in all regions is discharged, and the hot water is higher than the set temperature in the state before the switching operation and higher than the set temperature in the state after the switching operation. Will be. As a result, a large overshoot occurs in which hot water is discharged at a temperature higher than the desired temperature.
In addition, when a heat exchanger in which the water pipe extends over a plurality of stages is used, it is difficult for large overshoots to occur even if a similar combustion amount switching operation is performed.
In detail, in the heat source apparatus that employs a heat exchanger in which the water pipe extends over a plurality of stages, when the combustion amount switching operation similar to the above is performed, the right side of the first stage of the water pipe is flowing before the switching operation. Hot water will flow on the left side of the first stage of the water pipe after the switching operation. As a result, the hot water is heated at the first stage right side of the flowing water pipe, then heated at the center of the first stage, and further heated at the left side of the first stage. That is, in the first stage of the flowing water pipe, the hot water is excessively heated as in the case described above.
However, in such a heat source machine, the hot water that has passed through the first stage of the water pipe continues to flow through the second stage of the water pipe. The hot water is heated at the second stage left side of the water pipe and then heated at the center of the second stage, but is not heated (not greatly heated) at the right side of the second stage. That is, in the second and subsequent stages of the flowing water pipe, the hot water is heated as usual in the combustion operation after switching.
And the ratio of the 1st step which occupies for the whole flowing water pipe becomes small, so that there are many stages of flowing water pipes. In other words, the ratio of the amount of heat applied when the hot water passes through the first stage out of the total amount of heat applied with the passage of the flowing water pipe is reduced. For this reason, even if the hot water is overheated only in the first stage, the amount of heat applied in the first stage is only a small part of the total amount of heat applied in the entire heat exchanger, so the water is discharged from the heat exchanger. The hot water discharge temperature does not greatly deviate from the target temperature. In other words, even if the hot water is excessively heated only in the first stage of the flowing water pipe, and the tapping temperature exceeds the target temperature, the tapping temperature stays slightly above the target temperature. As a result, in a heat source apparatus that employs a heat exchanger in which the flowing water pipe extends over a plurality of stages, it is difficult for large overshoots to occur when the combustion amount switching operation is performed.
Furthermore, even if the flow pipe is a single-stage (one-stage) heat exchanger, if the flow pipe extends in a different direction, that is, after the flow pipe extends from the right side to the left side, When a heat exchanger is used that folds and extends from the left side to the right side, and from the right side to the left side, the flow pipes meander and extend in a direction such as a large overshoot. It is difficult to do. That is, in the heat source apparatus that employs the heat exchanger in which the water pipe extends in this manner and divides the area where the burner is arranged into three parts, a right side part, a central part, and a left side part, as described above. Even if the combustion amount switching operation is performed, a large overshoot hardly occurs.
Specifically, in such a heat source machine, when the combustion amount switching operation similar to the above is performed, when hot water first flows from the right side of the water pipe to the left side of the water pipe, the hot water is After being heated at the right side, it will be heated at the center and further heated at the left side, resulting in excessive heating. However, when it flows from the left side of the water pipe to the right side of the water pipe after the first turn, and then when it flows from the right side of the water pipe to the left side of the water pipe after the second turn, the first time When hot water flows in the left-right direction of the flowing water pipe after turning, the hot water is heated as usual in the combustion operation after switching.
Accordingly, in this case, the greater the number of times the flow pipe is folded, the smaller the proportion of the portion before the first turn that occupies the entire flow pipe. In other words, the ratio of the amount of heat applied when the hot water passes through the water pipe before the first turn out of the total amount of heat applied along with the passage of the hot water pipe becomes small. For this reason, even if the hot water is overheated only before the first turn, the amount of heat applied before the first turn is only a small part of the total heat applied by the entire heat exchanger. The temperature of the hot water discharged from the exchanger does not greatly deviate from the target temperature. In other words, even if the hot water is overheated only before the first turn of the water pipe, and the tapping temperature exceeds the target temperature, the tapping temperature slightly exceeds the target temperature. Stay on. That is, it is difficult for a large overshoot to occur when the combustion amount switching operation is performed.
On the other hand, in the heat exchanger in which the flowing water pipe is provided in a single stage (one stage) and the extending direction (left and right direction) in the entire flowing water pipe is along the arrangement direction of the burner, the first stage occupying the entire flowing water pipe Therefore, the amount of heat applied when passing through the first stage of the flowing water pipe is the same (substantially the same) as the total amount of heat added by the heat exchanger. For this reason, if the hot water is overheated in the first stage of the flowing water pipe, this overheating greatly affects the temperature of the hot water discharged from the heat exchanger. The temperature can be greatly exceeded. That is, adopting a small heat exchanger, in the heat source machine in which the extending direction of the entire water pipe of the heat exchanger and the arrangement direction of the burners are the same, the conventional combustion amount switching operation is implemented, There was a risk that a large overshoot would occur.
Therefore, in view of the above-described problems of the conventional technology, the present invention provides a heat source machine that does not cause a large overshoot during a combustion amount switching operation even if a small heat exchanger is employed. Is an issue.
Invention of
In the heat source apparatus of the present invention, the flame forming unit is partitioned into a plurality of combustion regions corresponding to the overall flow direction of the hot water of the heat exchanger, and a flame can be formed individually in each combustion region. . And the structure which can change the combustion quantity by increasing / decreasing the combustion area | region which forms a flame by switching the state which forms a flame in each combustion area | region, and the state which does not form a flame, respectively.
In the heat source apparatus of the present invention, the plurality of divided combustion regions include the downstream combustion region corresponding to the downstream side of the liquid flow path of the heat exchanger. Then, when the switching operation of the combustion region for changing from the state in which the flame is not formed in the downstream combustion region to the state in which the flame is formed in the downstream combustion region is performed, the flame is suppressed in the downstream combustion region. An inter-switching operation is performed to maintain a state that is not formed.
When such an inter-switching operation is performed, when the combustion amount switching operation is performed, the hot water already heated on the upstream side of the liquid flow path before the combustion amount switching is changed to the downstream side of the liquid flow path after the combustion amount switching. It will not heat up excessively.
That is, by performing the inter-switching operation, the hot water heated on the upstream side of the liquid channel before switching the combustion amount flows downstream of the liquid channel during the inter-switching operation, and then to the outside. Discharged. Here, since the state in which no flame is formed in the downstream combustion region is maintained during the switching operation, the hot water is not greatly heated on the downstream side of the liquid flow path. In other words, the hot water is not excessively heated due to the combustion amount switching operation. Accordingly, the hot water flowing into the liquid flow path is heated in a state before the combustion amount is switched and then discharged to the outside of the liquid flow path. Thereafter, the hot water newly flowing into the liquid flow path is the combustion amount after the switching. It will be heated by. Then, the hot water heated in the state before switching the combustion amount and the hot water heated in the state after switching the combustion amount are continuously discharged from the liquid channel, and the hot water heated excessively. Will not be discharged. Therefore, a large overshoot does not occur during the combustion amount switching operation.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the plurality of combustion regions include an upstream combustion region corresponding to an upstream side of the liquid flow path, and a flame is formed in the upstream combustion region. When switching to a state where no flame is formed in the side combustion region and switching from a state where no flame is formed in the downstream side combustion region to a state where flame is formed in the downstream side combustion region, The heat source apparatus according to
According to this configuration, since the switching operation is performed when the combustion amount switching operation in which a large overshoot is relatively likely to occur, the occurrence of a large overshoot can be prevented more reliably.
The invention according to
The invention according to
According to these configurations, the inter-switching operation is continued for a time sufficient for hot water heated on the upstream side of the liquid channel before the combustion amount is switched to pass through the liquid channel. Therefore, after the hot water that has flowed into the liquid flow path is reliably discharged to the outside before the combustion amount is switched, heating of the hot water can be started with the combustion amount after the switching. Therefore, the occurrence of a large overshoot can be prevented more reliably.
In the present invention, when switching from a state where no flame is formed in the downstream combustion region to a state where a flame is formed in the downstream combustion region, a state where no flame is formed in the downstream combustion region The operation during switching is maintained. For this reason, after the hot water flowing into the liquid flow path of the heat exchanger before the combustion amount is switched is discharged to the outside of the liquid flow path, the hot water can be heated with the switched combustion amount.
As a result, hot water that has flowed into the liquid flow path of the heat exchanger and has already been heated on the upstream side of the liquid flow path before the combustion amount is switched is further heated on the downstream side of the liquid flow path. There is an effect that the occurrence of a large overshoot can be prevented.
Hereinafter, although the hot water supply apparatus 1 (heat source machine) which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated in detail, this invention is not limited to these examples. In the following description, the positional relationship between front, rear, up, down, left and right will be described based on a normal installation state unless otherwise specified.

The
As shown in FIG. 2, the flowing
Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the flowing
Thus, the flowing
Therefore, it can be said that this flowing
Specifically, since the flowing

That is, the above-described three combustion regions (upstream combustion region α, midstream combustion region β, downstream combustion region γ) of the
Here, as described above, the
In addition, each combustion region (upstream combustion region α, middle flow side combustion region β, downstream combustion region γ) has a corresponding burner group (

Next, the hot water supply operation of the hot
When a user makes a hot water supply request to the hot
In this combustion operation, the control device 9 determines the target heating amount (necessary for heating the hot water based on the obtained water amount and temperature per unit time of the hot water flowing through the
When the amount of combustion in the
That is, it is determined whether or not to perform the combustion operation for each of the plurality of burner groups (
Then, the original
That is, if the combustion operation is actually performed only in the
Further, the opening degree of the gas
Thus, in the hot
That is, the number of burners that perform the combustion operation (burners that perform the combustion operation) by opening and closing the three electromagnetic valves (the first
A combustion operation is performed with the determined combustion amount, and combustion gas is generated when the mixed gas of fuel gas and air is burned in the
On the other hand, the hot water flowing through the
Further, in the hot
Here, in a state where hot water of a constant flow rate has already been discharged, when determining the target heating amount (the amount of heat necessary for heating the hot water), the amount and temperature of the hot water flowing through the
As described above, in the hot
By the way, in the hot
In the state of one stage, the combustion operation is actually performed only by the burners belonging to the
In the two-stage state, the combustion operation is actually performed only with the burners belonging to the
In this two-stage state, the number of combustion regions in which a flame is formed does not change compared to the one-stage state, but the upstream combustion region α corresponding to the

In this state, the
In the five-stage state, all the burner groups (the

Above, description about the hot water supply operation | movement of the hot
Here, a case where the number of stages of the burner (burner group) is changed when hot water is heated by the
As described above, the second burner group 16 (upstream combustion region α) and the
And the hot water which passed the upstream part A and the middle flow part B of the
Therefore, the hot
The inter-switching operation of the present embodiment is a predetermined time t (for example, a predetermined combustion time in the burner group (the
First, the outline of the operation during switching is changed so that the combustion operation is performed in a four-stage state when the hot water is heated while performing the combustion operation in a three-stage state as in the above case. An example will be described.
When the combustion operation is performed in the three-stage state, as shown in FIG. 6A, the hot water flowing in the upstream portion A and the midstream portion B of the primary heat exchanger 4 (of FIG. 6A). The thick line portion) is heated relatively large.
In this state, when the number of burners that actually perform the combustion operation (combination of burner groups) is changed to be in a four-stage state, the hot
On the other hand, the hot water that has passed through the upstream portion A and the midstream portion B of the
Then, when a predetermined time t (for example, 1.5 seconds) elapses, the operation during switching is finished, and the combustion operation in the four-stage state is started. Here, as shown in FIG. 6 (c), when the combustion operation in the four-stage state is started, the hot water heated greatly in the upstream part A and the middle stream part B (FIG. 6 (a)). The hot water shown by the thick line in FIG. 6B has already passed through the downstream portion C and has flowed out of the
Here, as described above, in the hot
In the hot
Above, the description about the outline | summary of the operation | movement between switching which the hot
In the hot
Specifically, immediately after the combustion operation is started in the
Therefore, when the temperature of the can body is low (under a situation where the temperature of the can body is predicted to be low), the operation between the switches is not performed.
On the other hand, if the predetermined time T has elapsed (if Yes in step 1), it is determined whether or not the number of stages after switching is a predetermined number of stages (four in this embodiment). (Step 2). If the number of stages is not switched to a predetermined number (four in the present embodiment) (No in Step 2), the number of stages is switched without performing the operation between the switches (Step 7).
For example, if the amount of combustion required for heating hot water is the maximum combustion amount (if switching to a five-stage state), the hot water is heated at the upstream part A or the middle stream part B of the
If the predetermined time T has elapsed from the start of the combustion operation and the number of stages after switching is a predetermined number of stages (four stages in the present embodiment) (if yes in step 2), The switching operation is performed (step 3). That is, before switching to a predetermined number of stages (four stages in the present embodiment), the combustion operation is performed at a stage number (one stage in the present embodiment) having a combustion amount lower than the predetermined number of stages (four stages in the present embodiment). .
Here, when the number of stages after switching is changed from the predetermined number of stages (four in this embodiment) during the operation between switching (Yes in step 4), the operation between switching is interrupted (forcibly terminated). (Step 6), and switching to the changed number of stages (Step 7) is performed.
Specifically, for example, when the number of stages is switched from a three-stage state to a predetermined number of stages (four stages in the present embodiment), it is assumed that an inter-switching operation is performed before the number of stages is switched. Then, it is assumed that during the switching operation, the hot water flow rate, the set temperature, and the like are changed, and it is necessary to perform the combustion operation in five stages. In this case, the hot
As described above, in the hot
Then, after the inter-switching operation is started, the number of stages after switching is not changed from the predetermined number of stages (four in this embodiment) (in the case of Nо in Step 4), and a predetermined time t (for example, 1.5 seconds). Is elapsed (Yes in step 5), the inter-switching operation is terminated (step 6), and switching to a predetermined number of stages (four stages in this embodiment) is performed (step 7). And the change of the number of stages of combustion operation is completed.
In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the switching operation is performed only for a predetermined time t (for example, 1.5 seconds) predetermined by an experiment or the like has been described.

In the above-described embodiment, three burner groups (second burner) each composed of a plurality of burners having different numbers in three combustion regions (upstream combustion region α, midstream combustion region β, and downstream combustion region γ). Although the example in which the
