この分取精製装置は、目的成分を含む溶液中の目的成分をトラップカラム２１に捕集した後に精製して固形物として取得するためのものである。本実施例に係るニードルポート２２、２３は、この分取精製装置に設けられたトラップカラム２１の入口端及び出口端にそれぞれ取り付けられている。なお、これらのニードルポート２２、２３は基本的に同一の構成を有している。
